    The property is in the heart of Pune, amongst very important landmarks. The rooms are pretty big compared to the rooms that you get today as double bedrooms. There is also Bamboo House which is a bar cum restaurant on the 4th floor of the same premises for unwinding. The staff members are very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.... More

    Pathetic, ruined by Oyo after taking over

    This hotel used to be called hotel royalty and used to be very good hotel with a good rooftop restaurant called curry on the roof. I used to stay and eat at this hotel and restaurant. Oyo management recently took over this hotel and recently I stayed first time after Oyo took over and noticed a big difference . The service is pathetic, Oyo changed the entire earlier restaurant staff and now given to some outsider to run it. The quality of food is bad and it’s very expensive . We ordered room service and the server didn’t even give us plates and spoons. Just delivered the food and left . Have no sense of what room service is suppose to be . Had to chase them for plates and cutlery. The breakfast is not so bad that we don’t feel like eating. Not only the quality is bad but even the quantity. Earlier hotel use to serve very tasty breakfast and also lot of variety at same rate but now after Oyo they serve only two items in breakfast see the pictures. When we went at 7:30am the breakfast was not even ready at all and had to wait for 20 mins for them to setup it. Service is poor and slow. The staff is untrained.     Third Class Service, Filthy Rooms, Broken Toilets, Old Furnishing, Premium charges, the free wifi went for a toss due to internet outage. The TV was not working. The room was not cleaned dispite of prompts and requests. the breakfast was stale. The managment was unhelpful. the drapes and bed covers were smelly and old. Paint peeling off. The AC was noisy....     This was definetly the worst place we have ever been measured by the price. The rooms were shappy, not clean and the staff was unfriendly and incompetent. If we had not been there with Friends we would have left after the first night.... More

Overview

Hotel Royalty lies on a tree-lined street on the Prabhat Road, which is near to the Deccan Gymkhana. Pune International Airport is 14kms away from the hotel, while the Pune Railway Station is only 7kms away. This 3star hotel offers a free parking and complimentary breakfast buffet. Conference hall, meeting rooms and coin-operated laundry facilities are available within its premises. Internet, business centre, 24-hours front desk, air conditioning, elevators, laundry, travel desk and 24-hours security services are provided at the hotel. It also offers doctor on call, airport pick up and drop, and foreign currency exchange services. Guests can choose from four types of rooms and suites - Standard Room have free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Deluxe Room has common amenities like colour TV, Internet access, iron, mini bar, attached bathroom and telephone. Super Deluxe rooms have all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Suites have additional facilities like minibars and round-the-clock room service. Additional features like luggage space, tea/coffee maker and writing desk are present in most of the rooms. For dining, there is the casual curry restaurant with rooftop seating that serves Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mexican and Thai cuisines. The restaurant also houses a bar. Also, hot cup of coffee and delicious savouries are served at the hotel’s coffee-shop. A buffet breakfast is served every morning at the restaurant. Close to the city centre, this hotel has many attractions, namely the Shaniwar Wada fortress, Parvati Hill, St. Anthony's Church, Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum, Dagdusheth Ganpati Temple, Saras Baug and Nehru Stadium, which are all within a distance of 2-5kms from its premises.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
