Hotel manager & their staff used to search people's on road looking for hotels. All rooms were empty. The bed sheets and blankets, they haven't washed from decades. Washrooms are like hell. All of the staff were full with alcohol & were playing cards with full noise in corridors. In the midnight, I was not able to sleep, cats were meowing, dogs were barking and other scary noises also. I booked another hotel in the midnight and left the room. Hotel manager denied to refund my amount and was unhelpful. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A SCARY EXPERIENCE FOL ALL OF THE VISITORS. #HonestFeedback 😣... More

    Unfortunately we stayed here for one night. They get 1 point for taking my complaint serious and cleaning the bath again. No WiFi unless you ask the receptionist to share his mobile connection - another point. Everything else was bad. When the dogs started to bark at 3 am, the temple start to sing at 4:30am, the people start to rush in the stairway at 7 am and the bulldozers start to moving at 8:30am, i was happy to leave this hotel. The distance to city center is also bad.... More

    My boyfriend and I checked into this hotel for a two night stay as part of a package booking. We looked at the photos online and thought it looked nice, so went ahead. THE PHOTOS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE HOTEL. When we arrived here the staff were rude and kept giving me (female) dirty looks. They held our passports for about 45 minutes even after going to try and get them three times. As soon as we got to the room, my partner and I completely panicked as the state was disgusting - bathroom was dirty, no toilet roll provided, window could not close and looks onto the slums of Jaipur, bedroom in terrible dirty condition. Terrible location!! The WiFi also did not work in the room. We stayed in the room for about one hour and then checked out immediately and went to a different hotel in the city. During the time we were in the room, one of the staff came into our room and took the Digital Box from our TV without any explanation or asking if it was okay. So, not WiFi and no TV either! While we were trying to leave (we were waiting in our taxi) a member of staff came outside with a screwdriver in his hand questioning what we were doing, despite having just told him that we were checking out due to a change of plans - obviously this was just the icing on the cake and we left as soon as we could. Summary: PLEASE do not stay at this hotel. The men are creepy and untrustworthy, the room and hotel itself is in terrible condition and located in a back alley of the city with no wifi or tv as promised. I'm so sorry that I did not take pictures to prove how bad this place was but we were in such a distressed hurry to get out that we didn't! Please read and consider this review before booking! ...     We had 2 nights here as part of a Great Rail Journeys 'India's Golden Triangle' tour. It's a beautiful hotel, with welcoming staff and comfortable, well equipped, clean rooms. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Arriving during the Diwali celebrations added an extra bonus to our experience. Buffet selections were varied and very well presented. Definitely recommended.... More

There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
