    Hotel is located near the bus stand and fruit market so the location is a very busy one. Since business location was very close, it was a perfect selection. All modes of local transport available just outside. Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is complimentary and is a sufficient spread. Wifi is free though on first time stay could not get it to work on laptop but only on phone. Second time stay wifi was working perfectly. Rooms are neat and clean. Furniture is a little outdated. Towels and toiletries are provided. No scenic views but you have a view of the metro line from the room. Restaurant is active and a separate bar is also present. A party hall is also available. Food is ok, reasonable choice is there. Recommended for a no frills comfortable stay.... More

    We are for a short business trip. Dropped at the main gate of hotel from Bangalore Orange Bus. After a long bus journey location of the hotel was very helpful to accommodate. Staffs where very helpful by providing early check-in without any additional charges. Breakfast was nice with many choices. Also I booked for our next trip also. Overall enjoyed the stay.... More

    business stay everything was normal. Hotel was easily accessible from bus stand. Room size was big. Breakfast provided was good and buffet. Next day we planned to start early from hotel, the same was informed to reception and requested for early breakfast, they accepted and gave us packed sandwich.     Booking was made by my company. All time they will be choosing this hotel. We have never faced any issues. Except the outside atmosphere was crowded. Food was ok & Service was also good. As we all are travelling by bus this hotel seems to be very comfortable for us. We always will inform the check-in time to reception and get 24hrs check-in Check-out without any problem. Definitely recommendable to all.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
