    Good potential but poor performance. It's an OYO TOWNHOUSE now and I heard that's what decreased the quality of food they used to serve. For every service you need, they need minimum 2 reminders or more. They serve at their own whims and fancies in whatever portion or completion they would want to. In spite of reminders, they didn't clean my room entire day and I was told it was not done as they don't have the key. Breakfast is pathetic and almost non digestible. Dental kit, shaving kit, everything is on charge. U can't figure out which one is shampoo or soap and the quality u can imagine. No tea coffee maker in the room. In my room the entire faucet systems were on opposite settings and no-one bother to inform until I complaint for no hot water. Shower kept leaking all the time. Overall pathetic experience... More

    Good Budget Hotel Managing with Inexperienced Team. Rooms are clean and quite. Staffs are Friendly. Mr. Nithin very supportive. In House Restaurant not available. Struggled to get coffee and soft drinks. Breakfast starts late and we missed.... More

    I stayed here for one night as it is very near to the International Airport. The room was clean but the outlook was grim overlooking a half -completed or half-demolished building depending on your viewpoint. There is a female employee on the reception desk who obviously never went to charm school and her male colleague could speak little or no English although he wanted to give you the impression that he understood everything you were saying. I went for a meal in the restaurant and found most of the waiters and kitchen staff standing around watching cricket on a large TV. There were no other customers in the restaurant which was probably a good thing because they would also be studiously ignored as I was. The duty manager was sitting in the corner where he seemed to spend most of his time engrossed in his Laptop. I had to call for service before anyone would attend me. My first choice of prawn curry could not be met as there was no prawns. My second choice of Kingklip could also not be met. I eventually settled for Fish Tikka although no-one could tell me what the fish was. I also ordered a small quantity of rice, emphasising the word 'small' as a digestive condition prevents me from eating too much rice. I was delivered the fish without the rice and had to remind the waiter that I had ordered same. I had finished the fish course by the time the rice arrived in such volume that I could have fed six street children with ease. When the bill arrived I explained that I was not prepared to pay for the large volume of rice supplied as I had requested 'small'. This fell on deaf ears so I complained to the duty manager who was still in his corner seat. He would not adjust the price on the bill but offered me some ice cream by way of compensation. The whole attitude to service at this hotel is wrong and it starts at the top and goes down through the staff hierarchy. I never saw another customer on either visit to the restaurant just staff idly watching cricket. How can you run a business like this. I think the whole staff hierarchy wants a shake-up and some training in customer service otherwise this hotel has no future. There is no disgrace in staff saying that they don't understand English rather than saying yes to everything as though they do.     Average Stay Nothing Wao

    Dont expect a wao or a Jaw dropping experience, its a 2+ star property. Staff is respectful and friendly. I Checked in to hotel late past midnight and was given a room on the 3rd floor. the room was quiet small, not properly cleaned no closet for clothes etc. I immediately asked my office to shift me to another hotel as it was impossible to stay in that room for 6 nights. Fortunately my office had a word with these guys and i got shifted to another room in morning. this room was liveable and decent. if you are someone for whom Hygine is a must this is not a place for you, if you are someone who is claustrophobic this is not a place for you,If you are a business traveller travelling alone this is something you can look upto. Its not a great hotel its just a decent bed and breakfast place......... More

    I was there in November during my international journey for two night first in onward and thn other during return.The Hotel is located nearer to airport.Rooms are good with all basic ammenties. The restaurant also serves good food.But surrounding area is not so good.But overall it is good for transist people.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
