    Room # 1805, April 14-18 Business trip always lands me at this palace. Ambience is the same always with royal treatment, but this time also got to see the rooms getting aged with times. The repair of rooms are required and proper maintenance to keep them up to Royal standards. Staff and food has always been delicious with variety. WiFi is not always free. View from 18th floor was always something to remember. A must for people who have business within the central part of the capital. For family with pleasure trips, the hotel has travel desk. I am again visiting the hotel next week, 21-27 April. Hope the experience would be better than this. Some things that was observed is when u book OLA or Über cabs, the location always points to near by bigger hotel Shangri-La. Please be careful on this.... More

    We stayed 2 nights after the golden triangle tour. Hotel was classy Italian Theme decoration. The room was rather small but comfortable. The pool area was lovely to chill out and have dinner by the pool. I was really impressed with the interior Of the hotel as you enter like something out of a movie. Staff were very obliging and shopping area connaught place very near.... More

    I came here around 8pm and checked out 2 days later. The room and bathroom were ok. There was an issue with a leaky tap which the staff resolved promptly. The food available was not that great and therefore I preferred eating outside.... More

    we arrived in New Delhi 04/01/18 for a 6 day golden triangle tour that included 3 nights in total in the Royal Plaza . The reception was very grand !!! but the rooms were small and shabby- TV fell of the wall. was not looking forward to spending our final night after having 3 nights in AGRA& JUIPUR. The final night the room was tiny very shabby , fridge not plugged in towels thread bear and grey. Worse hotel i have ever stayed in. ... More

    Got a good deal to stay here. I was there for three days. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest Metro station.... More

Located near to the market, this 2Star hotel maintains 20 super deluxe rooms across its three floors.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
