    We booked 3 double room in this hotel , ooty online trough a website. we have very much bad experience in this hotel . I will not recommend to stay with family even bachelor also. Because rooms are not maintain well bed sheet and blanket are not washed one, bathroom not cleaned even closet also.no hot water only 3 hour available ( morning only ) no more to stay. Its not a all a hygienic hotel.... More

    Do not get cheated with the images of them online! Worst hotel you can ever see!

    We booked this hotel online through a website, where the sales executive kept calling me saying that we can get a very good cottage for a good price. He convinced us to book this hotel (they do not say the name of the hotel before booking it, they will only show you the pictures of the hotel. After paying, you will receive the hotel details, don't fall into this trap!). We ended up in this hotel! Crappy place..! that stupid smell, and the drunk people in the reception! Yuck! ... More

    Wrost Hotel ever I have seen..

    We two friends went on 31st Dec 2015 to Ooty with our family from Hyderabad and staying in this hotel for 2 days. Actually we have gone through a travel agent and they had booked this hotel for us. It was terrible, don't have any word to say about the hotel room condition. The room was so so dirty, same as bathroom, towel was the same and even the toilet commode was broken. In bathroom there is geyser, from 7-8 AM hot water was coming, if you want to go for bath or morning fresh then you have to go in that time otherwise it would be very difficult to use the so cold water. Its my request to all of you please do not stay this hotel with your family. its not at all a hygienic hotel.... More

    I will recommend not to go for this option, even u don't have any other option to stay. No Hot water, No Room service, No cleanliness, No ...no...no..no... No more to say about the experience. Chose it at ur risk.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
