Most pathetic hotel I've ever been to
on Nov 16, 2017
The rooms are clumsy, dirty, stuffy, smelly and uncomfortable... when we first entered the room the attendant was picking up used towels I am not even sure if the room was cleaned and sheets changed after last usage... there were giant sized mosquitos in my room... The staff is untrained and services are extremely poor... it took them good 1.5 hours to bring chapatis after serving the food... Well, Royal Mirage is less than even a basic budget hotel... not at all recommended.. My first and last experience of OYO...
Perfect transit hotel: great location, friendly staff but not much atmosphere
on Jun 26, 2017
The location of the hotel is perfect within 2min walking distance from the Railway station. If you have a Transit in Delhi and you're not stying long definitely go here. The staff is friendly, the WiFi is good and service is nice. Rooms are clean, with good AC and nice bathrooms, though very small. The hotel doesn't really have much feeling to it, so if you're planning to stay longer I would suggest going somewhere with more common areas or more tourists - this was mostly business travellers and people on transit.
Worst Hotel Stay. Be Aware Photos are False...
on Jun 17, 2017
One of the most pathetic hotels i have ever stayed in my life. They do not have proper staff. No resturant just a small kitchen where you can order food in your roo.. No service and they will not serve u breakafast before 9 am. So if u want to go out early for some work u will have to go hungry. Food is horrible.
All rooms have damp wall, broken toilets, broken sockets and there is just one place to charge your phone and that is the TV socket, water dripping from ac, clogged blocked basin. Towels torn and stinking. If u ask for any thing they will take ages to get it.
Truly horrible experience. Booked from Goibibo. At this price u can get better hotels in KarolBagh area. Trust me u dont ever want to come to stay in this place...
BAD BAD EXPERIENCE. HOTELS LIKE THIS SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED FROM ALL SITES.
Small rooms but tidy, goofy but endearing staff, middle of nowhere - suitable only if one has work in the vicinity
on Feb 5, 2017
Stayed in this hotel for a night while on work. Found it through OYO Rooms. The location was convenient since it was very close to where I had to be.
Rooms: the rooms are very small - a large double bed with 2 - 3 feet of space around. There are no conveniences in the room: work desk / work chair etc., which are expected in a business hotel.
The room however was tidy and the sheets clean, though the towels had turned gray from age.
There was a layer of dust on the small side table and I was worried to even keep my phone there.
The bathroom was clean and tidy, though there was a problem with hot water: there is a common geyser for every 2 rooms and the geyser happened to be in the adjacent room, with the valve turned off. When I complained, they promptly sent a boy and the problem was resolved.
Restaurant / room service: the hotel does NOT have a restaurant -they only have a kitchen with limited menu. Service is rather prompt and my order arrived within 10 minutes of placing the order. The only problem was that since there is no table to place the food on, I had to sit on the bed to eat!
Location: the hotel is literally located in the middle of nowhere - there are no restaurants nearby (in a tiny back alley I found a dhaba style south Indian fast food eatery - Sunny's South Indian Fast Food where the food was decent, but the surroundings would make people's stomach churn). It appears to be in the midst of a lower middle class locality. If I didn't have work in that vicinity, I wouldn't have taken this hotel.
Service: the staff appear to be local boys with little or no training. They are very keen to provide good service, but are limited by their ability. For instance, my bags were taken to the wrong room, water bottle taken to the wrong room and I had to remind them thrice to fix it. I asked not to butter my toast, but to get the butter separately. When it arrived, I found that the toast was buttered. When I asked the boy "butter alag se lane ke liye bola tha" his innocent reply was "butter alag se hi lagaya hey sir, aur kuch bhi nahi lagaya hey"! It was quite hilarious and it is difficult to get annoyed when I could see their earnestness. Otherwise, they are very prompt in attending to a guest's requests.
Sleep quality: the hotel is at some proximity to a major highway. However, I asked for, and got a room away from the highway, so the noises (which were there), didn't bother much.
Overall rating: the staff are endearing in their goofishness, but are earnest. Rooms though small are tidy. There is nothing nearby - restaurants/eateries. Good pick if one has work in the vicinity for one or two nights' stay.
Good service and nice stay

This hotel has small rooms but rooms are neat and clean. best for those booking 3 to 4 rooms. because you can get common room attached when you take a complete floor.
market is near by and you can purchase things from there.
food is average and hotel dont have permanent restaurant.
