    We reached Udaipur at night after driving from Jaipur. The hotel is located in front of Reliance mart and is on a higher ground. One old security staff , Hotel is new. Clean , HUMONGOUS rooms, very clean , toilets very clean , big rooms. Hotel has tried to have modern amenities but they are kind of stuck in between, bathroom fittings are loose. No parking for cars. We booked two rooms from OYO and when we checked in and reached our rooms there was no water in the bathrooms. We called front desk and they took half n hour to respond and said the tank was empty so they have started the pump now. Even after the pump started water was not there. The security guy was one man army for all your needs. In terms of security this hotel is lacking big time, people were smoking in floors and the smell was unbearable. No proper management. I called OYO and said I need to move out as I cannot stay in a property with no water and literally no service . OYO kept me on hold for 1 hour and they kept escalating but no resolution. Lastly I had to myself pack and leave the Hotel. The front desk guy stopped me and made me speak to his owner and asked me to pay for 2 nights even if I do not stay. I refused to do so. Then I had a long talk with the owner and he understood my problems and reluctantly agreed that I leave the Hotel without paying. With a small kid 2 elderly people and 3 females I left hotel at 11 in night in search of another one , in a new city . OYO never responded. Thanks Ankur... More

    "Awesome Staff, Restaurant & Wonderful Experience"

    I had visited on 15-17 December 2017 with my friends. The location for me was apt as I had to attend a conference and I traveled by train. The railway station is about 4 km and places like Lake Palace, Pichola Lake are about 2-3 km away. There are few temples which are 1 km away. The staff is very co-operative, friendly and helpful. They give good guidance about the places to roam around in Udaipur. Also, their restaurant 'Cinnamon Greens' serves excellent food. Overall a very good stay on a decent budget.... More

    We stayed here for three night. Rooms were ok with limited enmities. Staff was very help full and polite. We had issues with bed sheet, and they resolve it in short time. Specially Mr. Suvart Agrawal the owner of the hotel was very help full. few maintenance work is required in bathrooms. Morning breakfast was limited menu which can be taken care. Food was tasty. over all good place to stay with little changes and maintenance.... More

    Wonderful experience , Amazing Staff

    I have visited there in 26th Jan 2017, with my family and friends. Staff was very polite and helpful. On arrival we asked them to provide rooms at same floor so they have provided super deluxe rooms as they were on same floor, they did this without any extra cost as our booking was for deluxe rooms. Also their staff guidance for visiting in Udaipur helped us a lot. It is located in peaceful area, also there was a temple on 50 meter distance. There was sufficient space for car parking. Their restaurant was also amazing it was value for money and food was very delicious. I wanted to give it 5 star but I gave 4 star just because of lack of amenities like park and open area specially if you are going with kids, and little bit improvement required in bathrooms.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
