    Had a pleasant stay at Royal Holidays (approx 2 weeks). The manager and staff made sure no problems were encountered and they were good people, ready to help and give advice. Also, the hotel is located near the main road where all the nice shops are found and metro station is near. So, had no problems shopping or finding good food or moving around Delhi.... More

    This budget hotel is situated in Karol Bagh, very close to the metro station and is suitably clean and well-presented! Spacious room, and well-kept facilities-but what truly makes this hotel great is the hospitality with which the manager treats his guests!Excellent!!very caring and thoughtful!!Greets everyone with a smile and always ready to help!:) The service was impeccable.Will definitely recommend to anyone requiring a budget hotel in Karol Bagh!!:)...     What does the Place offer: * Best Room service (Imagine they had arranged for our breakfast at 4 am,in 30 minutes of intimation :) ) * Lip smacking food, too good in taste. Homelike. * Best site seeing arrangements. The Hotel manager, made the itinerary based on our stay, Including pick up and drop to airport. * Friendly and punctual Driver. Took us to all spots as decided, had good knowledge of eating places, shopping places, guides, sweets shops etc. * Bang in the middle of "Karol Bagh" market. Shop till your pockets are empty :) * Has wifi :) * Stay and travel, within budget. Not too expensive. More service in limited budget. * Last but not the least, the Hotel manager Madhurendra ji, is a very warm person, shows empathy, serves the clients to the major extent as possible.Very Humble. PS: He also called me to ask if I reached my home town safely :) I would definitely recommend this place for fellow tripadvisors. Overview

City-centric, this 2 Star property is conveniently located at the shopping centre of Karol Bagh. Guests can either take the elevator or the marble staircase to reach any of the 20 rooms, categorized into Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms. A scrumptious fare is served at the 24hours in-house restaurant. Corporate travelers are also provided with a 25seater conference room with plush seating arrangement. The reception area is maintained with a travel counter, which assists guests in travel matters.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
