    Hotel stay was overall comfortable and pleasant. Hotel is very good if your stay is for a day or two. Though the standard rooms are small in size the furniture and linen provided was adequate and clean. Breakfast served was simple but tasty.     We stayed at the hotel royal castle for 15 days as we were having dental work at Dentzz Dental . Location was great for both sites of Dentzz. But that is all Rooms were very budget and small not clean stains on bed and sheets and pillows smelt dirty . Bathroom had electric units and wires right at the side of the shower very dangerous . Mosquitoes in the bathroom and room air conditioning worked but very old and nosey . Breakfast was absolutely discusting and toast had dirt in the butter cuttterely was dirty and even the bottles of drink supplied where filthy and we had to wash every time so we brought food bread ect from local shop Staff sleep in the hall way at night and can be nosey at times keeping us awake . Changed rooms twice don’t take a room in the ground floor as so noisy Over charged and had to get refund . One of the reception staff was extreamly rude and ignorant and shouted agressiavly along with the manager with regards to to the refund . But did advently get back the correct amount This hotel is only around a 2 star great if you don’t care about cleanliness eating or relaxing between dental work . Would never use again there are better hotels in the area near the new site Dentzz for around the same price Our advice when visiting for dental work get a hotel that has a pool as you need to relax in between treatment and at least you can sit out side and enjoy the sun as Mumbai is a very busy city with no beach to use We are returning to Dentzz but will not use this hotel again Great little food place called NEW IDEAL RESURANT Are there every day very very cheap and good food no problems at all Don’t think this review will be replied to from hotel or if it is will be a completely different account given back Hotel needs to make a few changes sort rooms out to better standards stop staff sleeping in hall ways and sorting dirty laundry out in hall ways so guests don’t have to step over it when leaving the hotel learn how to wash up guest shouldn’t have to eat if dirty plates or in my case avoid there breakfast Thank you.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
