    Horrible hotel Changed 3 rooms in one night stay bt still not satisfied

    Bad, terific, haunted type furnished hotel with no facility. Even aftr changing the room for 3 times in a single ngt stay the problm were arousing continously. Every room has its own prblms. The main prblm in all the rooms are the AC n Fan Both r not working well. I m writing this review at 4.41 AM morning got frustated while sleeping with got wet due to sweat. Very bad third class hotel. They show respect only till the customers check in the hotel. Rooms r very dirty, curtains r looking like not washed for years. The fan n the AC ohhh god they were just in a running condition. AC ws not chilling the room. Frndz a suggestion not to visit this hotel in life time. The staff is still saying that if u want to change the room. Ohhh god.... More

    we were couples but its like i feel its for solo travelers, i may come if i'm alone but not with my wife and children. Rooms are small and interior is old. No good linen or towel or nor clean rooms and bathrooms. somehow adjusted but families think before you book. if they do renovation than it will be good.... More

    The staff is very very unfriendly and makes you feel uncomforable. The rooms are dirty, no windows and smell horrible. Airco is just moving air, instead of cooling. They tried to sell us the WiFi code for rs200 while it should be free according to our booking. The touroperator downstairs says just his bus is driving and that there are no other options to get to Agra. This is just not true. Overall, a horrible experience and I would not recommend this....   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
