    We have visited the hotel at the month of March. The location of the hotel is good. It is at Rangri. You need to have your own vehicle to reach to mall manali. The view of the super deluxe room were awesome. Opt for the corner room if possible. Service is very good. Staffs were co-operative. Very good experience so far.... More

    I have been here with my wife for summer trip & stayed for 3 nights...I traveled from mumbai to delhi by flight and overnight volvo journey to manali, the travel part was bit hectic and took colse to 24 hrs....do plan to travel from chandighad if want a shorter journey @Rockland inn...i read the previous reviews of this hotel and it doesnt dissapoint you. Pros are Good food and helpful staff..it has all the basic amenities for a good stay. Your concerns will be addressed promptly If you plan for sight-seeing, staff can help you with the contact of local drivers. They also provide packed breakfast in case you start early for the day ( specially Rothang needs early start at 3 am) Hotel is far from hustle bustle of main road and good for nature lovers. Good view from the rooms specially right side & opp to entry. Cons are No indoor or outdoor games to pass time within hotel Lobby is small and Lawn area is also limited. It has 3 floors operational but No Lift in building. Overall it a good package to stay with breakfast and dinner. ... More

    I stayed in this hotel for 4N/5D in the month of April 2017. And it was an awesome experience. Amazing View. Almost 360 degree panoramic view from the balcony would give you great feeling. The snow clad Himalayan range would leave leave awestruck. The hotel had an in-house restaurant and the quality of food is also good. During the stay, I got to meet few nice, cooperative hotel staff. starting from the housekeeping to the management. Special thanks to the Manager who was of great help during our stay. 1 simple example being, arranging the hotel owners vehicle when we were about to miss our bus back home. However, there is 1 disadvantage. The Hotel does not have an elevator. However, the hotel authorities informed that it would be installed very soon.... More

    Been here this week. If you are looking for good rooms with best food then this is not a right choice. Veg and non veg food are kept aside without any indication, food quality is not good. Food will not be served in rooms instead we are supposed to eat buffet system. Room service is waste with no proper replies. Hospitality is worse. Pls avoid opting this hotel. ... More

Hotel Rockland Inn is located at a distance of 2 km from Manali Bus stand and 3 km from Himalaya Nyinmapa Buddhist Temple. This hotel offers a breakfast to their guests. Room comforts include a tea/coffee maker, air-conditioner and a television. This hotel provides an attached bathroom with hot and cold water supply, bottled drinking water and a telephone to the patrons.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
