Good service but neeeds improvement

I visited this hotel around a few days back.
Good service but the rooms a re a little shabby but the staff were very polite and gentle. Check in was harsh and bookings not adhered to. Leaves a lot for improvements.

We stayed at this hotel for five days. The hospitality and behavior of the hotel staffs are excellent. They provided us deluxe room at third floor. The room was very well furnished and spacious. The house keeping service was also excellent. Each day after returning from our work place, we used to find our room as it was at the time of check-in. The food quality was also awesome. The hotel in-charge Mr. Susheel Kumar is a very gentle guy and he always positively responded to all our quarries and demands. We will definitely recommend travelers to stay at this place. You can contact Mr. Susheel (08826493202) and he will respond to all your quarries with a big smile in his face.

Perfect and very co-operative staffs like Susheel Kumar ji handling all. Very good hotel.
Anyone if wishes to be in delhi then this chain of rockland inn is recommended. if your have any problems associated then kindly may seek the help of Susheel Kumar.
Very very poor restaurant & housekeeping

Hotel is ok.
Rooms are clean
But restaurant service is very poor.
Waiters are very lazy.
only one waiter available at a time in restaurant with very bad and rude nature. Even not interested in serving water to guests..

Hotel itself was ok, but a long way out if town.
The restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. It took around 15 minutes just to get a menu despite only one other couple there when we arrived. We had to wait for them to order before it was passed to us.
Apart from the restaurant having no alcohol licence we had a 45 minute wait for a soft drink. When the first of our dishes did arrive, half of our group (by now 14 altogether) had given up and left.
Bearing in mind we were the only party in the restaurant this was a terrible way to end the last night of our holiday.
By the time the rice and naan bread arrived
we had long finished our main course and at that point gave up and left as had almost everyone else in the place.
We complained at the time and again in the morning, but nobody seemed to care.
Avoid at all cost.
