    Hotel is good intrms of cleaning, however don't think of ordering food from them. They sent us applied Daal and when I complained, they said ok ok. Quantity of food portion kept on changing Staff doesn't understand English or Hindi. No operation manager or head available when someone wants to speak to.... More

    Not worth it avoid

    This hotel has no signage of fab hotel. People get confused .lift was not working. Staircase too short .waiters sitting in lobby. Ac not working properly.5 times to call reception for anything to get.room ok. Bathroom below average.breakfast toooo bad. The breakfast area fully filled with water.no choice of fruit and juice. Just one staff to serve.no details about breakfast timing and location during check in.very very poor lit in corridor. You don't feel you have come to a fab hotel. Very very bad hotel and not worth. I had to change hotel in evening. Fab hotels worst property. So many times electricity gone. ... More

    Worst hotel. Me and my family stayed at Fabhotel Pearl, T Nagar, Chennai from 10/03/2019 to 15/03/2019. This is just to share our experience. Starting from check in to check out, our experience is terrible. I booked the hotel for 5 nights. When we checked in the room was not clean and the geyser in the bathroom was not working. The bathroom was stinking too. After reporting that to the reception - the hotel's stuff fixed that. Later we found that even when the geyser is not switched on - we were getting electric shock touching the water taps. Report the same to the reception - but no action was taken. The food was terrible also the room service was horrible. We thought of checking in to some other hotel. But as I had pre-paid the whole booking amount and we went to Chennai for medical treatment purpose - later we decided to manage somehow for these 5 days. Because my 6 years old twin daughters were with me - I asked the hotel stuffs not to make the ordered food spicy and chilli. But the food items served were just the opposite of my request. The toaster in the restaurant was also broken. AC's water was on the floor in the restaurant. Most of the times the bedsheets were also not clean. The night before our scheduled check out day - when I asked the reception to provide the bills - they informed me that even though I had pre-paid the whole booking amount -as they haven't received the pre-paid booking amount, hence I have to pay the whole amount once again before checking out. I was shocked and called the Fabhotel helpline. After talking to the Fabhotel executive the issue was resolved somehow. In the last day of our stay in the hotel - when I went to the reception for final bill submission. One stuff of the hotel went to our room and told my wife to leave the room in 3/4 minutes even though it was not pass the usual check out time (11 AM). I went up to my room and found my wife in a shock. I tried to talk the guy but he behaved badly. Later the stuff refused to take our luggage to the hotel lobby. Some other stuff did that but I had to take the luggage on my own to the vehicle. As, my family was with me - I was worried about their safety. I have stayed in other Fabhotels and the experiences were good. But Fabhotel Pearl, T Nagar, Chennai is a nightmare.... More

    Pleasant stay turned unpleasant

    I went there with my mother and sister for a stay for about 18days. We stayed there mainly for the location - perfect location for shopping in T Nagar. The staffs are really friendly, the room well furnished and the breakfast is really good as we got a variety of dishes being offered for breakfast. However, the hotel just opened a nightclub in its basement - the inauguration was around 5th December. Oh my god that was so horrible for us - residents. We could barely sleep at night from Friday to Sunday night as the entire building vibrates with the nightclub music. We even called the reception and made complaints on the noise but nothing changed. The idea of a nightclub in a family/business hotel is a really bad one! Also we felt unsafe returning to the hotel around 10pm on Friday night as there were shady people standing near the entrance door awaiting the nightclub to be opened. ... More

    1. This is a very shady place. 2. The hotel on the whole felt very damp and smelly 3. Room was okayish. 4. Located at a distance of 8 km from the Fort St George is the Hotel RJ Residency. Free buffet breakfast service and Wi-Fi connectivity (surcharge) are offered to the guests.   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
