    Worst rooms and pathetic services and behaviour

    Rooms shown in their pics(Oyo, Goibibo, Makemytrip) are totally fake. Please check my pics, look at the size and shape of beds. The same beds are in every room. They dont provide even a single bottle of water. Also there are no toiletries in room. Staff is so pathetic, they cant even listen you properly and move away. They don't know anything. There is no wifi access. Toilets are so dirty, even street toilets are better than their toilets. ... More

    I stayed at this hotel on 25th January 2015 with my family and friends and had taken 3 rooms. Its a very nice location, tariff is good, rooms equipped with tv and ac. Its a small property with elevator right outside your door and its very very noisy, generally not a quite rooms at all. One of the rooms had unclean toilet with urine stains and a strong smell of cigarette, probably some was smoking inside before we took the room. Staff is very courteous.... More

    I had gone to Jaipur with my husband on a holiday and after looking up this property on the net, we booked this place. I was very happy with the service we got. The rooms were beautiful charming.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
