worst hotel, not even stand for one star

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever been, the staff is rude and there is room service guy wanted to sell beer to me twice as much as price from the market. The room worth not more then 500 rupees and i paid 2000 rupees. The staff is a total disaster up and there is no such thing called cleaning the room, since i found two head lice on the bed.

There was Cigarette Smoke Everywhere and Liquor Smell All Over 2nd & 3rd Floor
The Reception Staff was Very Rude and Denying to give a Well Decored Room rather was giving us a Old Village Type Room, There Were No Charging Points in The room..! The Food was Ok type..!
I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone
Plz dont Assist them for Taxi Services and Agra Tour Bus Services...They eat the Commision and Make sure u get the Worst Service as possible

I had a day to kill. Landed at the airport and told the cabbie to find me a place near Old Delhi _Sarai Rohilla railway station.
He brought me here. From the outside it looked like a typical average Delhi hotel and I did not bother too much, since I was checking in at around 11 am and would leave by 8 pm.
It was in a crowded Delhi suburb ( I have no clue of Delhi geography).
The room was modest, the sheets had visited a laundry long ago and the weather was good enough not to demand airconditioning. The bathrooms we ok so long as you did not need a bath.
Dingy is perhaps the right word to describe the ambience of the hotel and the room.
The hotel is located close to a street where there is a lot of auto spare parts dealer. Close by is a decent place called Southern Hotel which houses a chennai quick food restaurant called Adyar Anand Bhavan (a2b). That solved my lunch problem.
The room was pricey (seeing my plight the manger decided to dob me full day charges) and definitely far above its ambience.
The hotel stairs were littered with empty liquor bottles and other remnants of a busy night.
I would hesitate to be seen there with family or by someone I know.
I am sure some homework would have pointed me to a better place near the railway station. And come to think of it, I could have been even ten kms away from the railway station. It did not matter.
The staff were polite, wifi was not a working one.
Towels had seen better days and it seemed like daily wash was a luxury .
Surely, a place to keep away from.

This hotel is located a stone's throw away from the Jhandewalan Metro station & near Karol baug. This is the first hotel on faiz rd.(the main reason for opting for it) & there are others as well lining up the street. The rooms are neat, cozy & have a warmth about them. The room had a wooden flooring which was quite helpful in the chilled climate now. Even though we were on the ground floor & traffic was heavy, especially in the evenings, there is no sound comming from the outside. The bathrooms are also neat with 24hr hot water. The reception guy was also quite respectful & ready to help. Food is ok but not gr8. You always have the option to take a rik to Connaught Place to enjoy the sights & sound & also grab a meal.

We hebben dit hotel geboekt doordat vrienden het aanbevolen hadden en op de website waren de foto's en hun eigen omschrijving perfect, dus wij hebben 3 nachten in november 2012 geboekt. We hadden gekozen Super de Luxe kamers en betaald ervoor via Agoda.
Bij aankomst was er volgens hun geen boeking en geen betaling binnengekomen terwijl ik mijn voucher en betalingsbewijs had meegenomen.
We hebben toen 28 uur!!! moeten wachten om een kamer te kunnen krijgen. We waren zo moe dat we het maar hebben genomen om even uit te kunnen rusten. Die kamer was vreselijk vies, het stonk en we waren bang om de dekens aan te raken, laat staan om eronder te kruipen. Badkamer/toilet idem dito.
Na de eerste nacht en weer klachten indienen kregen we weer andere kamers, die identiek waren aan de vorige. Al met al was onze vakantie bedorven, hebben we meer tijd in het hotel door gebracht en absoluut niet tevreden door de gehele gang van zaken. Een klacht en terugvragen van onze betaling bij Agoda is de volgende stap. We hopen dat mensen notitie nemen van onze ervaringen en nooit en te nimmer dit hotel boeken. Ze maken de 3 sterren die ze dragen absoluut niet waar en maken misbruik van de situatie van mensen die absoluut geen kant op kunnen.
