Average Hotel with good location

Hello, I visited Delhi last month for a day visit only. As I was reaching Delhi in the morning and had a return reservation in the night,hence I just wanted a place where I could keep my luggage,freshen up and wait for some time. I booked the AC room through OYO and got a good tariff of Rs 691/-(had to pay 30 % of tariff for early check in though). The location of the hotel was good , about 3-4 km from Nizammudin Railway Station and about 1 km from Lajpat Nagar Metro Station. The room on the ground floor was decent and clean. The hotel staff were cooperative , but the breakfast was not that good. All in all hotel is ok if you have booked through OYO and want to be close to Nizammudin Station.... More
Dirty, poorly maintained and terrible service

I stayed at OYO Rooms Lajpat Nagar B Block (Hotel Richa Palace) in May 2016. There were several problems. The first room I was put in was dirty and the toilet and AC were broken. After 8 hours of complaining every couple of hours the manager finally made an effort to fix the AC. It was clear that it could not be fixed quickly so I asked to change rooms. The second room I was put in was also dirty but at least the AC and toilet worked. I complained about the bed sheet in the second room being very dirty but nothing was done about changing it.... More
Booked through OYO...pathetic room..stay away!

Please stay away from this accommodation. I had booked through OYO. The looks in their website were totally deceiving. The entrance...reception was stinking. Room was not at clean. Linen were dirty. Did not feel like resting on the chair even for 5 mintues..
I could not stay there even for 1 hour. We booked another accommodation at Jangpura and checked out from here.
I complained to OYO..dnt know what action they will take. But please stay away from this lodge.... More
