    The reception staff has poor manners and hospitality. There was no safe in the rooms, no watercooker, coffee, thee, bathrobe or slippers. We were given a large room, but this room was very dirty and there was a leckage in the bathroom. It seems that the hotel also has a kind of "family stay-section". Make sure that yu ask for a room with European standards. After our complaint we were transfered to a much much better room, which was at European standards. I had arranged a driver for the days I was in New Delhi, because I also wanted to do the daytour to the Taj Mahal. This was arrange great. The driver spoke English very well and he knew his way around. Make sure that you explicitely ask the hotel that you want one driver for all days. From pick up at airport till drop off at airport again. Also make sure that you request a good cars, with good airconditioning. Payment of the service was dubious. The hotelroom was charged on my creditcard, just how it should be, but the arrangement for the car and the daytour I had to pay in cash and there was no receipt of payment given for this. If you plan to take a daytour to the Taj Mahal ,make sure you have bought your entry tickets for the Taj Mahal online. Print them and take them along with you. The arrangement includes a guide at the Taj Mahal. The driver will ask you if you want this. Please do take the quide. He will guide you through all cues and you'll be in the Taj area in a zipp. Eventhough the guide was in the package we gave him a fee, because it was worth it taking him. Wifi is good. All together is the hotel is bit expensive for you get. The location is perfect, if you want to go Karol Bagh market. There is a lot of activity in the neighbourhood.... More

    Fraud, liars and charters...that's the best i could say about this hotel. My booking was for Hotel Regent Intercontinental but upon arrival they put me to Hotel regent continental which is a run down hotel for the same hotel chain. The room was not cleaned, it had the garbage in the draws and with heavy smoke odor and they claim it's all non-smoking room. I called the house keeping to clean the room and spray the air freshener. My booking was for a king bed but was given 2 single bed join together and it was so uncomfortable to sleep. In the morning there was no hot water and the front desk staff (Sorav or shobam something is he's name) is a BIG liar and he didnt know what he was saying. He just kept lying. They gave me such a hard time that I had to call the Indian Police and press the chargers against this hotel for fraud. The pics for the rooms shown on the sites are misleading, the rooms are no way close to what the pics say. The hotels.com and other booking agents should verify the pictures before they sell this hotel because it's very misleading when you book from a foreign country. I cancelled my other 3 days and booked at a better hotel and i didnt pay for one night because of the inconvenience i had to go through.... More

    Even though the hotel was bit difficult to locate and i reached late at night and my booking was not confirmed, but Gourav went all out to help and accomodate me. He allotted me the room and made me feel at home. Keep up the good work.... More

    Very bad experience, Booked 4 rooms on the month of May, Reception staff i dnt know name, dnt want to hear the problem only, the room provided to me ac was not working, after repeated complain they send some one for the same, the hotel staff dnt want to except that ac is out of order. and telling to wait till room cools which did not happened, Bathroom so small that once you enter u lock the doors.... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
