    Horrible hotel to stay

    Stayed here with four other ladies. This hotel desperately in need of some serious maintenance. Washroom filthy, rooms very dusty, AC not working. After a long trip, our checkin took two hours after we were shown a few rooms. Manager Shivham at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. Although there were rooms available in the main building he lied saying all rooms were booked and showed us filthy rooms on the left and right which was unacceptable. There were no shower curtain on some of the rooms and some that was so dirty it had mold and mildew on the shower curtains. Tiles missing on the washroom walls, no hairdryer but a hole on the wall where there seems to be where the hairdryer was. Those pictures are photoshop of the rooms, We saw a bunch of rooms and no way looked like the ones on their website, those pictures are fake. Hygiene is very poor, workers had an offensive odor (Indians are famous for having a bad body odor), wish they would consider using deodorant. Stay away from this hotel.... More

    Never book suite room through oyo

    I had made booking for sure room a month in advance which was confirmed by oyo and reconfirmed by hotel. On arriving hotel denied checkin for the reason that the rates which oyo offered are too low and room cannot be allotted. Wasted time connecting to customer care of oyo and resolve the rate issue. Later hotel claims no suite room available, again pain to connect to oyo but after the hassle of 3 hrs had to settle too the lower category room, just coz we had prior booking and can't change at this moment. It's a trap of both, one allowing the booking and second reject the checkin and customer have to settle in lower category rooms. Oyo customer care only raises the tickets and there's no solution. Room allotted is 222 where updated in oyo app is 221, all disguise. I had another booking for same hotel for next day, but due to the issue of notice from delhi government to hotel, they stopped issuing rooms and oyo shifted me to different hotel c park inn, and to the surprise raised the prices the folds. This time it's only tickets raised by customer services and no solution, ultimately had to book another hotel on private basis. Oyo may sometimes be good deal but it doesn't assures that deals what are offered it's what we get. To avoid painstaking, prepay and double check with concerned hotel. Coz whatever prod earlier you book, the hotel sells out the rooms and never reserves for prior booking. Staff are rude, cleanliness not as per 3* hotel. Rooms are in different building. ... More

    Very rude behaviour of the staffs, extremely unprofessional,they cheated us by assigning different room a deluxe one , but i paid for suite. Got to know this from application as it was showing diff room number than the key assigned. Consider this hotel only if all hotels in Karol bagh Delhi are packed and full.... More

    Stayed a night in this hotel. Hotel is centrally located and easily accessible to market. Rooms are good but lacks interiors and final touches. Bathroom can be better. Food was pathetic with exorbitant rates. I would recommend this hotel if they upgrade their amenities food & services.... More

    Do Not Believe the Photos - Terrible Place in a Filthy Area

    This place was garbage. Check-in was done by some guy who couldn't even say 'welcome' but stayed talking and laughing on his phone to someone. I had to get them to rebook the free WIFI three times before they gave me the logon details to the proper one. COCKROACH. Porter didn't even bother turning A/C on in the smelly room. All this within the first hour! Twice I had to complain about the room and they finally moved me to a new one. This one was a little better but stank of stale cigarettes and the corridor lights shone through some glass and onto my face all night. Karol Bagh is a filthy area. I only stayed 1 out of the 5 nights I had booked. I didn't care about the cost - just get me out of there!... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
