    Disgusting rooms with one or more flaws in each room, I stayed in room number 306, booked through Fabhotels, and regularly had to complain about cockroaches and insects roaming around the bed and washroom. I was bitten by a wasp during my stay and endured the pain since I had to attend a client meet next day. The fridge in the room is noisy and I couldn't sleep all night, only few free TV channels. Complementary breakfast has poha on a daily basis, seems they like serving stale food, not much option available, disgusting service and their GM Krishnamorty is one person with disgusting mouth if you raise a complaint with Fabhotel management. I was told to checkout at 10pm after I kept on complaining to them but no one listenned. The GM is not ready to accept the flaws of his hotel, their Service is zero, value for money was also zero. Horrible stay in here, though I understand people might love this hotel since it becomes quite cheap on your pockets if you book through Fabhotels, however I might be a real idiot to not understand the proper value of the hotel.     Stayed recently in FabHotel Pune. Horrible experience. Cheap place. Everything broken. Cockroaches in fridge. Chipped tea cups. TV doesn't work. AC doesn't work. No hot water in bathroom at all. Staff tried to swindle by making me pay twice for food I ordered; and this happened two times. Staff very rude and apathetic. Has lots of attitude. Flush in bathroom was broken and also remote of set top box was broken into two. TV remote wasn't there and staff refused to provide. No towels, no toiletries. Security guy keeps staring suspiciously. Free WiFi is pathetically slow and works at 2G speed.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
