    Bad service, dirty hotel

    Booked this hotel via Agoda and had a nightmare here, the room's are completely not the same as Agoda site. After stayed in the room 15 mins, we realized the bath room is dirty with black fungus and also rubbish stuck in the bath tub. And then we saw water leaking from fridge so we opened it and there was a wet towel in side the fridge. We went to talk to the receptionist to change the room and he gave us another room has the bath tub has the same problem with the previous room. The receptionist said that all bath tub has the same condition (black fungus). We were so disappointed about the room so decided to not stay there and requested hotel refund the money to us But they said the hotel manager refused as this is their house keeping fault???! Be careful with this hotel guys, don't ruin your holiday with this hotel . Now we are working with Agoda to get our money back because Agoda must take responsibility for the service not the same as on Agoda's live site... More

    Booked as a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children. Room was small and cramped but clean. Bathroom was smelling 24/7 clearly on need of update. Safe did not work. Service from staff as poor.     The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is near Benh Tanh Market and other attractions. It is near the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Independence Palace.   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
