    Upon arrival at the hotel, was being served with orange juice and greeted by the counter girl. The counter girl was very friendly and polite. The hotel is near to Ben thanh market and lot of food stalls around. During our 3 days 2night stay, the room is clean, neat , comfortable and cozy bed with pillows, the aircon is cold and the shower have hot water thru day and night. The breakfast was great.     We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was clean, cosy and quiet. Really close to the city centre and the Street Food Market is just around the corner! I'll reccomend it to anyone who want to spend some time in Ho Chi Minh. ... More

    There are too many other options in HCMC for you to have to stay here. The staff is nice enough, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness is reason not to book here. In addition to the moldy ceilings and scuffed walls, the bathrooms are particularly disgusting. If noise bothers you don’t stay in the front rooms, however those are the only rooms with windows. It is close to the market, but so are 30 other hotels so keep looking... More

    This is a small hotel. Just 3 rooms on each floor. Room #01 is facing the road and that's noisy. Though I requested for a quiet room I ended up with the room facing the room. The lift is small too. Probably 2 large persons or 3 average sized persons max. Location is less than 100m from Ben Thanh Market. I skipped breakfast the 1st day but went down on my 2nd day. I have stayed in a no of hotels in D1 in HCMC and some as small but this was my worst breakfast in terms of the spread and what they offered. The dining area is also small. You are better off skipping it and grap a banh mi somewhere. The female staff at the reception can speak better English then some other hotels.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
