    I have booked this hotel in advanced and received the booking confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel in that night they refused my stay because they don't accept foreigners. I had to look for another hotel near by to stay. I don't want to give even one star to this hotel. Very bad management.... More

    They should keep checking whether remote controls of TV, lights, toilet jets, cooling of A/c's etc are working or not before the guest moves in & not after he has occupied the room. Getting shifted from one room to other is inconvenient.... More

    At first glance of the rooms of this hotel, you will see everything is ok. But gradually you will find things are not perfect. The hotel got all the basic requirements such as AC, WiFi, Breakfast, Clean Room etc etc. But then u realise that AC doesn't have temperature control, WiFi disappeared automatically, Rooms are clean but not upto mark, No room service available. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 10:30 not even a single min before or after. Although breakfast is not buffet, breakfast can't be served in room. Overall the location of the hotel is good which is off great advantage, otherwise it's average.... More

    My feedback points are as follows: A. Room: I. Smell was coming from room, as they did not use room freshener after room service. II. Pin of power socket was misaligned; you have to do exercise for putting plug. B. Bathroom: I. Water leakage from tap, wastage of water. II. Toilet fresheners were not used. III. Back seat of toilet was broken. IV. They did not provide soap case in the bathroom. C. Complimentary: C.1 Bottle drinking water: They did not told that water was complimentary and how much. C.2 Breakfast: I. Breakfast was complimentary but as per FabHotel Ratnakar Inn Ballygunge terms and conditions only. II. Breakfast was limited, only two very thin parathas for each person and when we asked for more – they said- We are only staff, Ye esa hi hai (It’s like that), complain kr do (mention complain in feedback) Or they will charge for it heavily. III. As tea was also a part of breakfast but they did not give you by their own, you have to ask for it. We don’t know about the milk, weather it was complimentary or not. IV. They did not had serving bowls, while serving they used white, red, etc. colors of bowl, it looked that they had borrowed bowls from neighbours. V. They did not have glasses or they did not give you glasses for drinking water while having breakfast. VI. They have only two juice glasses and two water drinking glass i.e. total only 4 nos. of glasses in the dining area or restaurant. When we asked for more glasses as we were five persons- they said – we don’t have more glasses, we have to take out glasses from rooms, Fab hotel group ne nahi diya (Did not provided by Fabhotel group). We are only staff, Ye esa hi hai (It’s like that), complain kr do (mention complain in feedback) D. Dining/Restaurant Area: I. Toilet attached to restaurant was not cleaned and smelled badly. II. They did not have hand wash near to wash basin in the dining/restaurant. III. There was not sufficient light in the dining/restaurant. IV. Hotel staffs are using dining/restaurant area for their personal use. V. Bedsheet, towel and other cover items were found laying in the dining/restaurant. E. RO water filter: I. It seems that they did not do any maintenance of RO water filter as taste of RO water filter was very hard. F. Common dialogs from staffs and female receptionist: I. Ye esa hi hai (It’s like that). II. Complain kr do (mention complain in feebback)- and now I am doing the same. III. Fab hotel group ne nahi diya (Did not provided by Fabhotel group).... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
