    Very Unsafe Hotel

    I had visited this hotel to attend a course in Mumbai. The best part of this hotel is the location and the cost. Having said that, the experience of the hotel was very bad. The rooms leak, carpets are very shabby. Food was alright, as expected by a three star hotel. BUT the condition of the electrical's is very bad. Due to the leakage, all the ancient electrical's have either short circuited or burnt off. In the room I was given, The AC had burnt off, but the hotel staff didn't know about it. The ballboy came into the room, switched on the AC while checking in. First night, there was small smell in the room but I couldn't find the source. Second night, In the middle of the night I woke up to find the room filled with smoke. I found the source and switched off the switch. The room was ventilated. A few minutes late and there could have been a fire on the 11th floor. The hotel staff was very unhelpful. In addition there was no fire safety in place. So I would high suggest DO NOT stay at this Hotel as it is a disaster, waiting to happen.... More

    Rooftop venue needs attention

    This is a good spot for rooftop drinks and snack looking over the city and the expressway bridge. The food is very good especially the starters, but the drinks waiters are a little slow and could do with a shake up. The roof terrace could also do with a lick of paint and sone new furniture as the plastic tables and chairs are really old and sun damaged. This could be a really cool place so come on guys, show some flair and make a couple of small investments to make this the go to bar in the area.... More

    Terrible Experience

    We had two rooms for four people. The rooms were in worn down condition, and the bathrooms looked especially shabby and grubby. The staff was not warm or friendly. The most disturbing aspect of our stay was a billing dispute. From our point of view, this was the result of a failure on the part of the staff to respond to multiple messages from us prior to our arrival. The result is that we were charged twice for one of the two nights that we stayed at the hotel. When we asked for documentation, the staff was extremely rude to us.... More

    Only Advantage is the location..

    The only good thing about this hotel is the location, located well in Bandra Reclamation Area, near Lilavati Hospital. As I wanted early check in, I booked a day in advance .despite of the fact that mine was a family booking, initially they've provided for Twin Room. Again shifted to Double Room, On repetitive attempts, I finally got an extra mattress for my kid, that too at exhortation cost. As, I booked through Travel Guru and voucher does not mention extra mattress included, I was made to pay for it. Just as matter of fact, I booked other hotels in same trip with makemytrip where in Extra mattress charges mentioned separately. Again, the property is little old and requires upgrade. overall, the only advantage of the hotel is the location. but, we can get batter hotels at the cost they charge in Andheri... More

    Good view, okay food, bad cost

    The restaurant's food is average at best, but clearly charges for the view of the ocean from 3rd floor. It is kind of awkwardly placed somewhere in the Reclamation to almost hidden location. We did have a good time here but mostly because of the sea. Something strange happened when we were paying in the end, because the waited came upto us and said " Are you paying by card or cash, Sir?" and we said we will do a mix of both, and then he replied "Oh, because our cash machine isn't working". My friend interjected as she had paid an hour ago with her card, to which he responded "Oh you know, the signal is gone". And obviously everyone understood he is lying and we paid by cash without a fight. But this is unprofessional behaviour as he was trying to save the service fees they pay to the payment gateway of the card reader.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
