    The hotel is very far from Mall road, We stayed there for three night and no one was there to even clean a room and not even the water was changed. There was hot water problem too, there is no light backup we stayed for three nights in which two nights there was no power, However the view is great, there is government kids school to in front. And manager there is old man and lady, they are really worse, they asked for extra bed when we were leaving and in our package it was all money was paid in advance. One stupid manager of hotel ganga palace Shimla sent us here, we could have afford better but we were trapped.... More

    This hotel is good. I liked the place where they served the dinner under the apple trees. The food was ok both veg and non-veg. We booked four rooms, the rooms were ok but the bathrooms were not good. As it is manali, so view is good from every hotel and same was from this hotel mountains at the back and river flowing in front side. Service was slow. But the person at the reception were well mannered and very helpful. They provided the cab for our three days visit to rohtang pass and manikaran. I liked the view of the ice covered mountains which was very much clear from the hotel.... More

    Very Average Hotel and far off from the Mall.

    The hotel is overall average but is a bit far off from the mall - the heart of Manali. Rooms are o.k. However the hotel is at a bit outskirt. The food was good. Bathrooms and the toilets were somehow neat and clean and the rooms were spacious. The reception staffs were excellent. Room boys were also o.k. However the biggest drawback is that it is very far off from the main market.... More

    Its is the one of the best worst hotel in Manali, no hygeine, very dirty rooms, you have to search the staff, wash rooms are very unhygenic. dont stay in this hotel. manager have no manner, he just smoke in the reception when a lady come about query, service boy is wheare about no idea?, rooms dosent have cable connection....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
