    Helpful Staff but the rooms and washrooms can do with a better cleaning. I asked for the room to be cleaned 3 times but it was below satisfactory even after the third time. The TV didn't work either. Took them a day to get it fixed. The restaurant below was also decent. The wifi was also pretty slow. Room heaters were also provided on request... More

    Fantastic. My partner myself and 3 yo, from Sydney stayed there for 3 days. We usually stay at Mantra, Meriton, Sheriton etc but we were equally happy with this hotel. The rooms are renovated. It is next to a bypass to the nearby airport. The hotel is in a more local area and is not a big hotel that makes you feel you haven't left your house. The hotel restaurant has as a great comprehensive included breakfast. Great street food in front of the hotel with Chicken Tikka, Roti and fresh cooked curries. They have organised tours with there own drivers. Is clean, well organised and professional. Would stay there again.... More

    We were booked into a family room- two rooms with double beds interconnected. We stayed there on the night we landed from the UK and we had to leave early in the morning after a few hours sleep. The person in charge at the time overcharged us not only with the airport drop off for which he charged us 500 rupees but an extra 200 rupees on top of the 5100 rupees for the room. coming back we stayed there again as we had already prebooked and we didnt have a choice. This time round we were given the same room on the 2nd floor but at around 9 pm from the adjacent building there was a loud grating noise which went on and on and we couldnt sleep. so i rang the reception and they sent someone to check it out. they didnt know what was going on so they offered to shift us to a downstairs room. We had to wake up our two sleeping children and ferry them downstairs to a similar connecting rooms. the sound could still be heard but it was less. somehow we managed to sleep. I was also not happy about their breakfast which consisted of chola batura(not fresh bathura), some macaroni which looked incipid , eggs and cornflakes. really pathetic breakfast really. Over all we were not happy with this hotel and will definitely not be staying here ever again.... More

    hotel was not good at all, totally different from pictures

    i booked the hotel for 2 weeks and when reached there the atmosphere was totally different from what are pictures. The girl at the reception does not have any manner and the manager also. the hotel was in renovation and dust was everywhere. even though i called then to clean up but they did not turn up.despite complained they have so many excuses... i immediately left the hotel. even for payments they insist you to pay at one go and when paid they do lots of queries to refund you., worst experience in my life. even internet does not work in the hotel..... More

    Rooms need ventilation. Restaurant manager and captain were careless. Food was okay. We saw a couple of customers disappointed due to clumsy service. Taps and toilets needed repair. We had to ask for doormat and geezer switch.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
