    i stayed at RK for two nights ~ Rooms are old & small but clean, no hot water ( for bath ) after 10am, on both days i had to ask and wait for 30-45 mins. Prompt service, good locality ( market nearby but nothing great ). Parle station within stones throw if you travel by train. V close to airport. On arrival HK staff picked up by bags but at the time of departure / check out no one even offered to help, probably i should have paid them good tips ( my tips didnot satiate them ), Bad attitude by the housekeeping staff. Since there is no lift from 1st floor ( where the reception is located) to the ground , i had to carry the bags on my own.... More

    Though it is called a hotel, its almost like a lodge . Rooms are small, no tea/coffee machine, no toiletries except some liquids hanging on wall in toilet. WIFI not free. But location for cummuting by train is good, very near domestic airport, otherwise reaching here in congested station area is a nightmare for private vehicle. Many other restaurants around are good. Their south Indian food is excellent specially idly and medu- wada are too good. If you have to stay for one night near airport, this may be ok but not for long stay. The tremendous noise of music/DJ till 12 night is another dampener and on the top of it room air conditioner makes louder noise. If you need quiet to sleep then this is not hotel for you.... More

    The hotel is excellently situated near Ville Parle station , on east side. Barely a KM from domestic airport surrounded by good restaurants and local markets. The room was good and clean.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
