It was a very nice experience staying there. We were allowed early check in as well as late check out. The staff was very much co-operative and helpful. The room was timely cleaned daily. The swimming pool is a bit small. The food is really tasty.
Decent hotel near market

We booked classic rooms which were large and clean. The hotel has small swimming pool where kids enjoyed a lot. This hotel is good if you wish to spend a night and wish to have veg food. One advantage is it is close to market and you can park the vehicle. It is very old hotel. Breakfast was simple veg affair. If you are not expecting anything fancy,, this is decent choice

We had booked two classic rooms for 6 people. It’s a basic hotel with decent rooms.
Classic room had bathtub, sofa cum bed for additional person and had two TVs with a sliding door between the bed and sofa cum bed so that the privacy of couple and the additional person staying can be maintained.
There was a swing outside with few chairs where we as a family spent time together.
The only negative point I found was that while the breakfast was good, there were no other food options. They do have a room service menu but incase you don’t want room service there is no in house restaurant instead there is a dining room where one can have a thali for lunch and dinner (priced at INR 550 at the time of our visit) however since the hotel is a stone’s throw away from the main market there are many eating options around.

Didnt stay here, just visited for lunch. They have a very good thali concept and best part - its pure veg.
Good variety, neither too much nor too less, just right. Taste was decent and the service was good.
Ample parking space. Wasn't aware so parked it away and then walked up.
Ok hotel, in need of TLC

We visited as couples and stayed in the classic rooms. The rooms needed updating. Simple cheap solutions such as a coat of paint and new sheets/towels would have gone a long way to modernise the rooms.
The rooms had fans and AC, however as we were staying in the cooler part of the year, we didn’t really need them and found it quite cold with them switched on. There was extra blankets in the cupboard, however they felt as though they had been there for a while and we didn’t fancy using them.
The hot water took ages to start up, at least 10 minutes - maybe more after you started running the shower, this was a bit ironic since there was signs everywhere asking you not to waste water!
The aesthetics of the hotel was lovely with lots of flowers decorating the outside
Breakfast was quite basic, with only two or three things to choose from, and then toast. The timing of breakfast was also quite restrictive, with them stopping service at 9am, very early when you’re on holiday and have just had a long drive!
We felt that the hotel was ok but priced high for what it delivered. The location was great though - a minutes walk from the markets.
Checkout was also very early, asking you to have checked out by 09:30, usually 11:00-12:00 is standard.
