    Stayed in deluxe room. It was a Clean big rooms and toilet with ok quality Bedsheets and pillow and got only soap as toiletries. Usually guest expect morning chill out at hotel. 9 AM checkout time didn't suited me with kid and family. Not recommended for family with kids and late risers. Expect desi staff. Some front desk staff are rude and need etiquette training to handle guest. Food quality is ok.... More

    Visited with my family in Puja vacation.Hotel room was booked by our travel agent.1st and 2nd floor room was horrible.House keeping was so poor. I am not recommend to any one to book this hotel.A terrible smell was feeling all around the hotel.Location it would s near the market and 10 min from city palace.... More

    The rooms were not properly swept even though they weren't occupied the prior night, hairballs flying everywhere. The a/c only has ON/OFF switch, no temperature control, forget remote!!! Staff responds to requests to refill drinking water promptly, ONLY POSITIVE.... More

Hotel Rajdeep provides accommodation in the city of Udaipur. It is located at a distance of 3 km from the Udaipur Railway Station and 1 km from the City Palace, (1 km). All the 24 rooms in this 4-storey hotel have attached baths with constant supply of hot and cold water. Each room has air-conditioner and color TV. This Udaipur hotel houses a restaurant within its premises. It provides doctor-on-call services to guests in case of any medical emergency. Hotel Rajdeep is accessible from the Udaipur Bus Depot (4 km) and the Maharana Pratap Airport (23 km). It maintains a travel desk which provides travel-related assistance to guests. Tourist attractions include the Fateh Sagar Lake (2 km), Taj Lake Palace (3 km), and Lake Pichola (3 km).

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
