    The hotel is old. Rooms are big but there is smell in room. Saw some customers requesting to change the room. you get booking on hourly basis also. Food is not so good. The wall curtain comes over the AC unit so if you want to switch on the AC you will have to open curtains. service is also not that good.... More

    Worst Experience of My Stay in Hotel The RAJ

    I have stayed 01 Sep 2019 for oe Night in the Hotel Raj with my family. This is the worst experience of my life . Hotel room smelly and dirty feel not cleaned from 2 or three month,even the blanket they provided us very dirty, staff was so rude specially on the reception. I have booked this hotel with triple occupancy when checked in the room there was only single king bed i asked them i have paid for triple occupancy so provide me extra bed they offer me extra matres place it on the floor this will be the extra bed form our side.i argued them then receptionist told we can offer only this otherwise u can search another hotel that was time 11 pm and am with my family, i have not any option and i was helpless that time accepted accommodation like hell.I will upload hotel picture as well u saw and decide what is the hotel worst accommodation think 100 time before book it......     The hotel is located in a very narrow and a busy street. The staircase outside my room was dirty with paper cups, lemon slices, etc spilled on the stairs. The lock of the room was not working and the towels weren't clean either. We had included breakfast in our stay and all they offered in the 'buffet' was paranthas and liquid upma. We had no option but to visit Mc Donalds nearby. The place is clearly overpriced for the kind of amenities and hygiene it offers.... More

    Worst hotel.they even did not have water for bath.room telephone extension was not working.bedsheets and pillow were used and dirty.overall room was so terrible that one can not even stay there for more than 5 minutes.Worst of all manager asked me my phone by saying you have won gift voucher from hotel,so I gave my phone to him.I was in hurry so that time I did not check what gift voucher thing he said.But after some time when I checked my phone I realised that he has given 5 star rating to this hotel.What a fraudsters.Manager was so unprofessional that when I asked him why water is not coming to room,he rudely answered it will come.such crap hotel.DON'T BOOK THIS HOYEL !!!...   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
