    We have booked 4 Rooms 1.5 months before from cleartrip with full Advance payment, first the location of Hotel is not good, The Staff is not Courtesies, everyone is not so nice to talk to, they serving you like they don’t need you they take you as granted, They cancelled our 1 room as they have given our room to someone else, how can hotel people do that after accepting full payment in advance, the Manager and owner are shameless they don’t care anyone, the food is worse and the charges not explained to you, We have booked executive rooms and when reach the hotel they handover deluxe rooms to us and argued to prove deluxe rooms as executive. Showing picture are fake they Photoshop it perfectly, There is not much light in the room, 3 bulbs are fuse in every room. I have called the contact person 3 days prior to arrange all room on time but when we reach hotel there is no room prepare even they cancelled one room. Big NO for this hotel its horrible and humiliated.... More

    This place is a joke. On arrival the staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They over changed me by 4 usd as per my Agoda booking. They put me in a much smaller and poorer room than I booked and it was filthy. The floor was atrocious and the linen was stained. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous. One of the staff refused to get me change for a bottle of water that was 25 rupee that I was paying with a 50 rupee note. What a disgusting hotel and a shameful business operation. Avoid at all costs.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
