    Very poor service...wont recommend for families... Its ok only for solo travellers or group of friends... Only good thing were its low price and excellent location just opposite bus terminus and definitely 24 hours check in service. 24 hours hot water was available though which was one of very few plus points. Cleanliness was at its worst. Cobwebs in bathroom, spit marks on curtains, broken wall. Curtains looked as if those were not washed for ages.. One would vomit if he sees the spit marks and stains on cutains...We asked to replace the curtain, which they said they couldn't. So we had to remove the curtains... We asked for two blankets for a double bed which they refused to do. Then we asked for Travera or Innova for airport drop, but they provided Indica. We were 4 people with luggages, so it was impossible to travel in small car. We were lucky to get an Eeco outside at 4:30 am for airporr drop otherwise we would have missed our flight.. Overall you can't expect any satisfactory service from them.... More

    The hotel is right opposite the AMTS bus stop and might look shady at the first impression. However the rooms are decent and clean. The best part is the 24 hour check-out facility which suited our timings. Good for a stop over.... More

    There is no cleanliness.even in winters they do provide hot water.owners save the money by utilising wood fired water heaters which last only for 10 mins. They dont provide clean bedsheet.ac in the room stinks.police took away our car as hotel does not have parking space.above all this they charged rs1 lac for 50 days... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.

There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
