    Bad room condition

    I had been to Hotel Radiance in New Delhi this April.As I entered the reception I had a bad feeling about this hotel. Unfortunately it did turn out to be bad. The rooms are big but condition of the room was very bad. The beds and tables were tidy but the washroom had a broken toilet. The room's air conditioner was good. When I asked the hotel's management to fix the toilet , they did respond instantly but they couldn't fix it. The beds were comfy and spacious. In a word I have to say that this hotel isn't that good and needs a lot of maintenance. The environment of the hotel isn't good either. It is located in an alley in a market. The busy market streets are full of pickpockets and thieves. I suggest people don't come here and even if they do they should ask the hotel officials for a room with a hygienic condition and which is highly maintained. ... More

    Recently I visited Delhi and I was welcomed by Mr. S. Chawla. His hospitality was awesome and truly enough he is a gem of a person. My short visit was great and he was very accommodating. He also outlined a trip for us and overall my experience with him was excellent and surely enough I will go back to New Delhi. The location of the hotel is very good and I was given a decent room.     Radiace is an affordable and comparitively good accommodation in Karole bagh area. We took 2 rooms for two nights. Well maintained and clean lodge. The hotel is centrally located with all necessary facility. They have attached restaurant which serves good food. The staff including the owner are really nice people and ready to help new comers to delhi. Good one. Will come back here when I will be in Delhi next time... More

    The Hotel is good but without owner, the staffs can't maintain the standard. We had been there for 4 nights. Owner Mr. Raja, he was very nice and cordial. Really liked him & he is man of his word. But after his leaving Delhi (for personal purpose) staffs failed to provide the same service. It was not pleasant. However, after all the odds it's worthy and would be more pleasant if Mr. Raja takes care the issues. ... More

Overview

This budget property with Wi-Fi Internet broadband facility is located close to the Karolbagh Metro Station. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
