He always makes sure that he looks at the table and is immediately there to help you if you need anything.     Actually 2nd stay at same place. But service quality is bit disappointed. Nobody to receive call at reception or room service many times. Rooms have bugs in bed. Food is bit ok. Location is the superb point to stay again. jus nearby vile parle station, close to airport. good for stay for small business trip or personal trip.... More

    The only thing good about this hotel is that it is central and accessible to just about any place, with it being right next to the Vile Parle station. First of all, it's on a one-way so if you are not familiar and if you are following the GPS, you get lost in a road which will not allow you to take the left turn, so you have to go all around. It can be very noisy, owing to the train station right next door. The view from the road-side room means that you get to see all that is happening at the train station. The receptionist was having his lunch when i went and was not in any hurry to come and check me in. No lifts - only stair case, which i found difficult, given my physical condition. The room was very small. It had a study table and a flat TV. But the a/c was controlled by the receptionist - who wouldn't give me the remote. Not sure what the logic is, but every time you have to control the temperature you have to call them in - which was quite annoying. Wi-fi worked pretty decently, though it was cut off at nights and the next morning you had to request them to turn it on, which didn't happen immediately. No breakfast on the plan. But restaurants are aplenty if you walk outside towards the station entrance. Noisy till late due to the train and traffic, and starts again early in the morning. The bathroom was quite clean. They had an instant geyser, which meant we could get hot water any time we wanted.... More

    Firstly, reaching the hotel is a challenge in itself especially during the peak no entry hours, wherein you have to risk taking the vehicle through. Secondly, no parking space. It is located on a bustling narrow market street as such parking is a problem if you have a vehicle on stand by. Thirdly, it is located bang opposite the railway station. So just forget about a peaceful stay. Fourth, it has its own bar at the ground floor (which directly opens into the reception) plus a few liquor shops nearby. As such i would not recommend it for a family stay. Fifth, the rooms are dingy, without any ventilation. Of course there are two show windows of which you cannot even pull the curtains off as they look into the adjacent property. The rooms are so small, you ll have to struggle even to find a place to put your luggage. All in all a very uncomfortable stay at an exorbitant cost.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
