Our bad experience with the hotel began as soon as we attempted to check in. We reached Delhi after delayed flights and long meetings at 11 pm and the management were sitting at their desk and counting cash. The two people at front desk made us wait 15 minutes and only looked up from the cash they were counting after we told them we really needed to use the rest room.
The rooms were dank, dark and depressing. We were travelling as a group and one of the rooms didn't have a functioning flush. At 3 am we realised we called the front desk because the AC's in 3 of our rooms wasn't working. They took 30 minutes to send somebody to us, and then another 20 to fix the issue, that too only after we had to get upset and keep following up.
The next day we had no hot water, again upon complaining one guy came kept the water running and casually walked out without fixing the problem and told us that the room temperature/lukewarm water was our best option.
Terrible service, no ventilation in the rooms and the management has obviously no experience in hospitality to guest services. It is lest a hotel and more a budget motel.
Excellent stay (second time)

A client had booked us here for one night. I didn’t like it when I reached, but I thought it’s just a short stay so will not change.
The place is depressing. Dark. No room has a window with daylight. The dining room has no daylight. It’s dark and depressing. No hot water in the shower, despite the desk person telling me that “you need to let it run for 6-7-8 minutes”. Had a cold shower. Bathroom was dirty and stained. The toilet flush was not working properly. Had to flush three times.
Coffee in the morning is only Nescafé.
Seems like it was built to let you k grand, but never maintained. We ne of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. A dark cave with no light at all.
Plutos, Budget stay, Can improve
on Oct 12, 2017
I stayed at Plutos on a trip for 3 days to Delhi. Since the meeting was near Vasant Kunj, This Hotel was recommended. This was an official meeting
The property looks good from outside, though congested. Very little greenery around. Reception insists on address proof. The PAN Card is not accepted. Rooms are in two rows. No outside view. Rooms spacious butsparsely furmished. The Bed is very good though.
WI-FI not available. Bath rooms do not have bucket and jug. You have to specifically ask for it. Two half litre water bpottles complimentary.
Food is costly. Breakfast compliumentary. Our hosts had organised a party on evening. There, the food was excellent. But, Food in the regular restaurant is not very good. Limited breakfast spread.TV does not function well. Same story regarding Room AC. The place needs improvement and care.
To attend a family function
on Sep 2, 2017
We had a one night stay at the hotel. The room was good. The breakfast could have been much better.
The engagement ceremony took place in the hotel's banquet was great, the food and snacks were very good.
The decoration had been done beautifully but that had been outsourced.
