    Everything is so bad here the room, bathroom, staff, food, service, location and just everything about the hotel. Rooms are not cleaned and very small. Bathroom does not have proper water and super small. Staff is so rude, I'm shocked! Manager is also the same. He does not have manners to talk. Does not even provide drinking water on welcome. If you want to go to hell then come to this hotel. It's not even a hotel. They will torture you. I don't even why this hotel is on any travel site. Go on your own risk! I would rate is 0 or even - 1 stars!... More

    i have booked the hotel for 01Night from 22nd/Jul to 23rd/Jul......... after enter the room i was shocked because accordingly the website room & hotel is totally difference.....there was very small room, phone is dead....water is not coming well in the washroom.......After complaint, till check out not rectify my problem....Rudely Staff...............i was 100% not satisfied of the Hotel....     To start off, those pictures are seriously deceptive. The entrance does not look like that at all, the lobby is so small, that three people are a crowd already. My boyfriend booked this hotel based on these pictures and boy, we were in for a ride! Location is horrible. Small and smelly room, smaller bathroom, no hot water. Questionable cleanliness of the bed sheet, and to top it off, I found a centipede(!) and a worm on the floor of my room. We were in a hustle and didn't have enough time to arrange for another hotel, so we decided to suck it up and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Thankfully, we spent most of our day exploring the city and only returned to sleep. The only good thing if I have to say at all is the chai-wala (tea vendors) right next door, which has nothing to do with the hotel. Not worth at all for the money spent.... More

    One of the worst hotel. The pics are just deceptive. My family booked this hotel for 1 night, and it stinks. The smell was so bad that they had to leave the hotel. Could not stand for a minute. Request the travel agencies to drop such htoels from the website.... More

    Very courteous and friendly staff, hotel locations is great, walking distance to the metro, restaurants and groceries are close by, clean rooms and good amenities. Moreover room rates are reasonable. Overall my stay has been superb. I am suggesting these hotel for those the one who is going to visit Mumbai. I am sure about that you will get good hospitality. I was impressed with their front desk staff also.... More

Hotel Planet Plaza is located at a distance of 2 kilometers from the international airport and 3 kilometers from the domestic airport. It is located close to the business centers of the city as well as the leisure locales. MIDC and SEEPZ is located just a kilometer away. There are 20 such types of superbly furnished rooms to reside in. Its strategic location makes it an ideal budget hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
