    I have a long list of grievances, but before I write about the cons, I'd like to mention that the Hotel is situated in the prime location of Udaipur. It sits beside the Pichola lake and has a beautiful view outside. The rooms have a Haveli like feel, which is really admirable. But having said that, FabHotel didn't deliver on its quality. Tl;dr Inhospitable staff, conjested and noisy place and incomplete set of amenities made me feel cheated. The premium paid isn't justifiable with these shortcomings. 1. The set of toiletries was incomplete, i.e. they gave us just a soap and a body wash. In the name of mineral water we got their standard (hopefully filtered) water in used plastic bottles. 2. Rooms were pathetically small and washrooms unclean. There was a construction going on near the place, hence there was a constant noise in my room. For the premium charged, this hotel was not worth the deal. 3. The entire hotel staff was unprofessional (not impolite) to us. The restaurant guys wanted to autonomously charge us, even though we had a room at the hotel. Reception was not helpful with several of our requests, for instance parking and drivers accomodation. Rather than giving a straight answer, they chose to dodge my question by simply not answering it.... More

    Nice economic place to stay

    Well spacious rooms, and if you are lucky to get a room on Lake side then you will be more than pleased. Roof top restaurant has a good view of Lake, Taj hotel in the Lake, City Palace and even some far off places are visible from roof top. I am not sure about the name of all places but view from top is worth of checking in every possible way. Take care not to book too early. Oyo charges on higher side for too advanced booking.... More

    we were staying here with my family and parents from 15/5/2019 to 17/5/2019 we had a very bad experience here hotel is worst , staff were very incorporative. A/c was not working. hotel was so inside in a lane congested and narrow road . Room sizes are so small that hardly we can walk after keeping our luggage.... lastly toilets flushes were not working we had to flush every time with bucket .I feel from my experience that one should never go for this Pichola haveli... infact these type of hotel should removed from online sites so that no one can suffer... lack of management , cleaniness food quality .it's too high to justify the level of services we received.     The hotel is located at walkable distance from Bagore Ki Haveli. After completing cultural show we went to this hotel for dinner. The rooftop seating arrangement of this hotel has some amazing view of lake pichola. The food and service is moderate but enjoying it with great views is something to remember. You can take ample photos of pichola night view from their rooftop. The staff won't disturb you !!... More

    Amazing Views - shame about the hotel!

    The hotel has a superb view of Lake Pichola and the hotels on the lake - amazing views all round. However when I stayed there the hotel was cold and the staff were unfriendly. The room allocated to me (103) was windowless & very cold. Also the bedding & towels were grubby. The hotel was noisy at night & as a single female traveller, I didn't feel particularly safe and I was grateful for the decent lock on the door. The view from the restaurant is amazing but the food was really poor and they inflated my bill. I was only there for 2 nights and decided to stick it out, any longer and I would have found alternative accommodation. The hotel lift is one of the old ones with two gates to close, it doesn't always come to a stop level with the floor you want so you may have to jump out - I did!... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
