    If you are looking for a budget hotel in New Delhi, this can be an option to consider. 25 minute drive from the airport and about a 20 minute drive from Connaught Place, the hotel is suitable for business travel. Overall, you get a decent stay but with no frills. Breakfast is not very lavish, just functional. House-keeping needs a push (especially if you are particular about hot water in the shower)... More

    Stayed here with my wife and another couple for 5 nights whilst visiting Delhi for a wedding nearby. Initially felt uncomfortable because our normal stays in India hotels is 5* rating, but soon got used to the idea and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean with an excellent shower facility. Bar was not properly stocked up and the INR demonitisation was the excuse but we lived with it. Service at breakfast was slow and very poor at first as we felt we were never understood what we wanted. Once our position was understood things improved and we used to enjoy our breakfast... More

    Pros: (1) Well connected, near Ring Road (2) Very friendly and cooperative staff (3) Clean and well maintained premises (4) Reasonably good ambience as per budget (5) Reasonable tariff (6) Front office staff, particularly Mr Kumar, deserve my compliments. (7) Fair enough complimentary buffet breakfast (8) Prompt room service Cons: (1) Kitchen and roof top restaurant on 4th floor creates ruckus and nuisance for guests staying in 3rd floor (like me), particularly if there is a party going on in the restaurant (2) Rumble of motor pump in morning and night creates sound disturbance (3) Some sort of grinder in the kitchen adds to the nuisance (4) Bathroom has no hooks or fittings for hanging clothes, towels etc. Nowhere to keep soap in the shower area or near basin (5) No view, at least from my room (328). Food is OK and served promptly, but many items priced unreasonably. Avoid the biryani; its a travesty. Cooked rice fried in mutton or chicken gravy does not constitute biryani. Perhaps the cooks need some sort of training as they go about their business. Aloo paratha without aloo or mooli paratha without mooli is also a matter of concern. Tea served in room service is tepid. Needs to be improved ASAP.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
