We visited the hotel to book 40 rooms for our guest coming at a pre wedding , after standing for 30 minutes on reception , requesting them to show the rooms , the front desk staff has no idea who will show and when they will show us the room , no responsibility , no hospitality .
This way the hotel must be loosing lot of business . Fools sitting on front desk .

We organised couole of family functions there and the service was amazing. The managers gad taken care of every minute details. The waiters were also well trained and service in the complimentary room was also good.
Only time I get some service is when they expect a tip

We stayed here due to a family wedding and I must say that I was totally unimpressed. Though this was just a place for us to sleep but the service was pathetic. They took super long to get our suitcases to the room and after that kept saying anything more anything more basically expecting a tip. Honestly I was not inclined to tip them for the sheer delay and lack of service. After tipping they wanted more as one more guy had just picked a bag.
That settled, the next day when we asked for an iron it never came and then when u speak to the reception they are busy doing their own thing and talking with their face down. I had to literally ask them whether or not they were speaking to me or were they pre occupied. Same thing when we were leaving, when it came to moving the baggage they were there late and after being tipped nowhere to be seen.
Honestly we had to stay there as we were too many of us to stay in the house for the wedding. If u have a choice give this place a miss unless this is the best choice in the budget and or u have to stay in that place particularly.

Not a idle location. Lots of road noise. Small rooms. Staff nice and polite but not very clean and not properly dressed up. Food quality average. No places of interest near by. Not value for money. Not a very nice stay
Be Xtra Cautious while making payment with Cards

Hotel Rooms are good, spacious and having amenities which you will appreciate in the amount they are charging, however the staff is not so professional, giving a hint of below average hospitality, Be extra cautious while you offer card for swipe, Chances are great that they swipe 4x the original amount and you end up blocking your money for the tenure of your stay. Room Service is not responsive and take too much time. Breakfast is free but serious issue of hygiene. You will find empty containers at the time of breakfast and have to wait for your preferred meal. Also you will find a black cat roaming around messing with food.
