    I’m confused where all the great reviews are coming from.... be warned that: 1. Hot water runs on restricted hours (3-hour blocks morning and night), which would be fine except there was no hot water at any time 2. Wifi is limited per day 3. Air-conditioner is an old stand-alone unit that doesn’t work properly. To make matter worse, at 4am the four plastic panels at the front of the aircon came clattering to the floor!! A terrifying way to wake up! I suspect it’s happened before and they just get stuck back on each time. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and get a new provider for room service.     We stayed a total of 3 days in this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, choice between Indian or European breakfast and everything freshly prepared. Service was also very good, any question/request was answered/taken care of within 5 minutes. Would defenitely stay there again.... More

    We took 2 rooms for our family. Rooms are big and clean. Location is near to the Karol Bag Metro Station, 5 mins walking distance. Good restaurants nearby. Note: Please do not buy food from this hotel. They does not have any kitchen, they buy food from nearby cheap restaurants and sell you at higher price. Even the food is absolutely unhygienic. We found cockroaches in our Chicken Curry and we had to skip our lunch due to the mishaps. The Wi-Fi is also very slow.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
