    most awful place I stayed

    I stayed at Persona International as part of my Golden Triangle Tour ..Actually there is nothing nice to say about this shabby and filthy place and I didn't want to write this review in the first place ..but then things might not change ..I have been to India many times and stayed at many places ..this place just left a nasty and disappointing memory in my mind ..the Staff is rude and pathetic from check in to leaving the place it was nasty ...the Room was dirty and run down with newspaper covering the bathroom window..dirty bathroom with no soap dried pee stains all over the toilet seat ripped and and stained towels.. stains on the bed sheets (it looked like from renting it on a hour basis before I arrived) ..yuk ...the room didn't get clean the just made the bed when i went out ..I had to ask for even the essential things you would expect in a Hotel ..like water soap ,sugar or even a tea spoon ..the Breakfast ..well I could exploded just thinking about it ..It's like sitting in a second class Train station waiting Hall with dirty dishes in a crate on the floor dripping food waste on the floor ..the selection of food provided was very poor and almost not edible ..the staff again rude and unfriendly in there normal street clothes ....well... as I said Second Class Train Station waiting Hall ..would I stay at Hotel Persona International Again ....definitely NOT even if it was for free !!!!!!!!...     Great hotel, affordable and functional

    My sister and I stayed here and both agree that it's a well located in New Delhi, near a great market but down a side street so the thoroughfare past the hotel isn't too busy. Staff are polite and helpful. The room was functional. It has a fridge, TV and a kettle. It is clean and neatly presented. We didn't have any hot water whilst here but that may be down to the fact that we couldn't work out how to turn it on. It's a bit hot for hot showers anyway..! The room is cool at night and has a ceiling fan and an air-conditioning unit. We had breakfast each morning and just stuck to the hot food- normally a curry and bread/potato bread thing- each morning which was delicious. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend if looking for an affordable and functional hotel in New Delhi.... More

    hotel was nice. Stuff was very friendly. Owner of a hotel was very nice to us. They also planned a trip around rajastan for us. everything was great. they quickly planned our trip, we also had our own driver that was good and new a lot about indian coulture and the country it self.... More

    Perfect for travellers.

    The hotel stay is located at an optimum distance of the Karol Bagh market and approximately 350 mtrs from the Metro Station. The rooms are great and try to bag the room no. 5 and the consecutive ones on top. They have a decent menu for the complimentary breakfast and a place to dine as well, unlike so many hotels nearby. The reception staff is quite receptive on your requirements and suggestions, provided that you convey it to them. I'm posting their menu for help.... More

    Nice hotel in the middle of karol bagh

    I was unsure about staying in a hotel within a market place but after seeing the rooms and hospitality of the manager and staff i think this is the perfect place to stay for everyone The hotel 100 meters away from karol bagh market but still rooms are very quiet good noise insulation levels Many place to dine out neat the hotel and the in house restaurant was also nice Just avoid the complimentary breakfast as quality is not maintained. But otherwise the food i ordered in my room was nice The staff is very hospitable and also understanding Overall a trip to remember Had to give the place 5 stars but the complimentary breakfast was not good that's why only 4 stars. ...   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
