    They say that this used to be a good place...once upon a time...but now...it is in a pathetic state...the rooms and bathrooms need major refurbishing, the staff is from a different era....the place seems to be stuck in the past...may be in the 1970s...rooms are not clean at all... The old lady at the reception was very nice and cooperative...especially by Pune standards...but that is not enough to run the hotel! We checked out early and shifted to a better place...... More

    Hello People, I have stayed there twice once in January 2014 and in August 2015, the hotel standard has deteriorated. The room are not so bad for the money they charge. Its also on the main roads of Pune City, J.M. road, Its quite near Pune railway station. If you are in Pune for business purposes then you can stay in the place as its easily accessible to almost every place in the Pune City. But if you are staying there with couple or with family then i would suggest you not to. Pros: Okay room Nice view ( road facing) Very friendly / co-operative Manger Cons: Not so clean very small rooms quite old place not much parking space Strange people standing outside hotel all the time, would make you uncomfortable....     I had a nightmare staying for 2 nights at this hotel. Rooms were pathetic, not clean and washroom is horrible. Bed was full of bed-bugs and when complained staff didn't reacted at all. Not at all recommended.... More

    I went to pune to attend the wedding function of my colleague. i went to deccan and found this hotel Pearl. It was amazing stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious. The check inn was quick. The bed were smooth and large. The bathroom was sapcious with both Hot and cold water supply. The check out timing was 12.00 noon but they have given us the time concession. The stay was very comfortable and amazing. The hotel is located to adjacent to Balgandharva, Rangmandir I recommend this hotel to everyone.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
