    This hotel is mainly located at the centre which is very much helpful for the business peoples. It's just a walkable distance from chennai central railway station. Rooms are very clean and good. Good working Air Conditioner. Food is very good to taste. Room service is also excellent kind guys. pakka business class!!!!!!!!!... More

    Clean, convenient room, untrained staff

    The location is a little hard to find, though it is a central location, close to the Central Train station. The room was well appointed and well maintained. The included breakfast was generous and nice. It was odd that they turned off the lights, whilst I was still eating breakfast......perhaps because I was the last to arrive and the last to leave. It was still RUDE. The Management don't train the staff well, possibly because they are poorly trained themselves. Don't expect anything in the way of friendly, or courteous service from the staff, or managemen.....you will be disappointed. Expect a clean, comfortable room with a hearty breakfast....you will not be disappointed. I only stayed one night.....I don't think it would be comfortable for more than two nights at most.... More

    Though i did not stay at his hotel. I had food here. The quantity of the food irrespective of whatever you order is too good. I have never had such generous quantity of food in a hotel. The service could have been better as my order took 20 minutes to arrive at my table. The location though is a drawback located near the congested local markets of Chennai, it is very much walkable from Chennai central station and Jawaharlal Nehru indoor stadium. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay though because of the nearby locality.... More

    Stayed on 2 occasions- 29th April,201 and again on 4th May,2017. The split AC is placed on opposite or diagonal side of the bed-which makes the room hot. Forced to use fan. The buffet breakfast restaurant was crowded. If all tables are full. Then, no moving space. On second occasion, no water in the washroom. Water was arranged in buckets. Hot water non functional on both occasion. The area is not good for family people. You are confined to Hotel room .Or, if you are on business, then finish the work and get into Hotel. Cannot go out for walk. For veg, almost no option to eat out as the area is full non veg Hotel.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
