    That was my third time at hotel Payal and this time I was very disappointed as nothing is like before here staff is change Room is dirty ,more expensive then it used to be overall worse stay ever avoid this place and try to stay in different place there are many cheap hotels near by (I moved too Lord Krishna which is just near by) Not recommended this time !...     From Delhi, 11 day trip mostly by car/driver to Neemrana, Jaipur, (Ranthambore), Udaipur, Ranapur, Sardagarh & Jodphur for just 2 senior cits. The company however sorted this out and our driver Balram was fantastic and looked after us immensely when this happened . Our experience with them was excellent! The company was very understanding and accommodating when we ended up having to change some of our plans last minute. The initial planning with a team lead by the owner, Ishaan gave me a very good feeling that this company would deliver great service. At each city, we received a very warm welcome from the tour representative who was in charge of making sure our hotel and local tours in the respective city went smoothly. Traveling in India is an amazing experience, with zero stress if you use this comapny. Their whole team is absolutely first class! Thank you ishaan for your attention to every detail, a job well done. That being said, I can't imagine a better choice for private tours in India and I wish I can count on this team again if I visit the country once more in the near future.     I spent a great time in Payal hotel, Vicky the boss was very helpful to me and more importantly He was honest in helping me with my travel, avoiding all the cheaters on the street of Delhi that try hard to mess you up. Trust Vicky and you will be fine. Also if you want to feel the real buzz and local culture of the suburbs of Delhi stay at Payal and you will definitely remember the Indian way of life.     Stay away from this place at all cost. Dirty rooms, missing hot water tap. Was unable to have a wash for the two days I stayed there. The rooms were horrible as well as the views from the room. Paid 2,000 rupees in advance. When I told the staff I was moving out earlier than my intended stay they made out that I had not paid anything in advance. It was only after I managed to find my receipt that they agreed.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
