    1. Quiet inside the lane 2.No towles in the room 3. AC noisy . there was a fan mounted on wall , without which the room is warm 4. Internet never connected .No attempt made to fix it. had to suffer due to that . 5. Not worth the money 6. Breakfast limited choice. Never had on the 2 days I stayed... More

    Location is very good. Front desk staff is helpful & welcoming. Rooms are good,beds are comfortable. Bathroom is also neat & clean, though it needs some renovation. During my last stay, I was told that the hotel is going into major refurbishment. Waiting for my next stay. Wifi also needs improvement. Breakfast is good. We love the food being served at the restaurant, Clay Oven. We always stay at this place since last 10 years. We would like to thank Rishu who is just a phone call away. ... More

    i stay there in mach for 2 days ...its a small type lodge instead of a so called 3 star as they say....lobby is very tiny n small with a very old dirty sofa .....reception guy try to convince that you will like room but as soon as i enter room it smells like hell....like its never been clean for last 4-5 days.....full of dust....torn bedsheets.....pillow full of red spots....chair was like you are sitting on wood itself not comfortable....mattress with spring all are broken...electric tea maker was smelly .....bathroom have nothing only a small lux soap with a shampoo snatches of rs 1.....no dental kit no shaving kit....only one towel for 2 pax..... when you call at reception they say they are sending but it takes them 1 hr to bring it.....morning breakfast was very nominal.....you can have paratha or omelette ..... dont go for it....you can search other other hotel in same price.....very upset...unprofessionalls...     This place is located in a quiet lane, within walking distance from Green Park Metro and Green Park Market and that's probably its only USP. The other plus point is the Clay Oven restaurant attached to the hotel - though expensive, the food in Clay Oven is mostly delightful. The hotel is reasonably clean, the Wi-Fi worked for us and the service was prompt. Rest is unimpressive and you may not find value for money unless you have got a good deal. The infrastructure appears old, the reception area too small, the entrance poorly laid out and some rooms are oddly shaped.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
