    Good Rooms but not worth the cost

    We were two guest and due to confusion from our travel agent, we happened to have a single room occupancy. The hotel charged us more than our room charges for making it double occupancy. To take things further, we kept calling the house keeping, reception for water bottles and toiletries but no one answers the entire night. Even in the morning, we managed to connect ourselves to the reception where again things were delayed before getting to us. The television never worked, no one even came to check even after we complained. There was no hot water in the bathroom. All in all, it was a terrible experience but I rated it as poor just because their rooms are big and spacious and well lit. But not at a cost 6,000 with no breakfast etc ... More

    Too overpriced

    I was in Panjim for a business meeting and stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The staff at the reception was totally untrained and the check in procedure was very slow. Thereafter I ordered for some lunch and was shocked that the food was delivered in my room by the watchman of the hotel. This hotel doesn't have a kitchen of its own and they get food from out. The food quality is very bad and it is way too overpriced. I was put up in a suite room. Inspite of that... The room didn't even have a glass of water available in the room. I had to keep calling the reception and asking for each and everything. The morning breakfast was horrible. It was served cold and the food was tasteless. Overall an absolute waste of money. The only good thing bout the hotel is its location. It's very convenient if you need to travel around Panjim. ... More

    Its an ideal hotel to book if you are planning to visit the Casino. We decided to spend one day in Panjim at the Art Festival and night over at the Casino so this was great for that purpose. The hotel even have us complimentary Match Play Vouchers worth Rs. 2000 per head for Deltin Royal, which is where we were intending to go... Service is a little slow at the hotel and rooms are okay. Overview

This budget hotel overlooks the historic Azad Maidan area and is centrally located at Panjim. There are 37 rooms that offer the view of the surrounding area, comprising shopping complexes, boutiques, pharmacies, and banks. The multi-cuisine restaurant-cum-bar has an Old-World ambiance, where guests can relish a la-carte menu with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. One can join the river boat cruise and sightseeing excursions that are organized by the hotel on prior request.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
