    List of all this hotel is not the actual Park Plaza. It is a fake hotel in the name of the Park Plaza. I booked this hotel from 17th till 18th of November 2017 from MMT. Downline listing says that it has got a restaurant and bar parking lot WiFi and few more things. The actual Hotel is in need of a market neither it have a parking lot (You have to park your vehicle on road on your own risk) nor a restaurant or a bar. They will do not have refrigerator or or an electric kettle in the room. They will do not offer you water unless you ask. They've got a menu in the name of their restaurant. Once you place the order, they will further place your order to a nearby restaurant or shop. There is no Wi-fi nor their lift works well. They will provide you breakfast. It will be a single dish along with cold tea. There are no other options for the breakfast but the listing on the Internet about this hotel says that they do have all the facilities as good as a three star hotel.     terrible stay at a high price

    Reviewed about 65 properties. And till date this is the first property i have ever come across of such low standards with unprofessional attitude and rude behavior in the hotel industry . Its located at heart of panjim. Our booking was all sorted but we intimated them we would be arriving late night with an extra person and all details were provided earlier . We checked in around 12am with a long layover flight and tired at the peak just to have a quick shower and doze off until we met the guy at the reception who took us for a log ride with the attitude as if we were staying there for free and he was doing us a favor . At first he said he wouldn't allow 3ppl in a room and was keen in selling us 2 rooms instead of one and the conversation stated as " take it or leave from here" after when when we had to show him the terms and conditions of the booking and later implanted the idea into his lower IQ head which wasn't even able to process basic information and finally the sleepy head checked us in after concluding talks for 30mins and we were shown our room and had to call him up to bring the extra bed & then again call him for the bed spread again a call for the pillows and again a call for the water bottles. After all this we had to catch a goodnyts sleep after the mishap that occurred to us. We woke up the next day the usual rise n shine and we wanted breakfast to our room so we called the restaurant and asked him to serve his toasted breads and some sunny side up eggs only to get a call back and say we cant make u eggs and when asked y,the reply it just cant be made. Since we've been through one of a kind person at the check in we slightly improvised our request and asked if you could get us the toasted breads and omelettes after a 2 min of processing he agreed and too my surprise whats the big deal when you can make an omelette and not a sunny side up eggs. so we thought it was language barrier and made it much more blunt to explain what a sunny side up meant but still the answer was it just cant be made. More than anger we were stunned by the morning jokes to what kinda ppl r we coming across and yes we were served the toast and omelette and then we just packed our bags and just got out of their before we mess up the day and yea we didn't book this place as we planned to stay here the whole trip. most hotels have a check in checkout policy of 1400 - 1200 and the resorts we booked were quiet expensive and wasting money for a day without benefiting and hence the look out for park plaza. I'd rather have crashed in some nearby parks instead of this trauma .. anyways who ever wants to stay with them . U know how its gonna be . good luck with the adventure .... More

    Very Slow Service

    I had a chance to stay in this hotel during my recent trip to panjim. This hotel is located in heart of the city . The hotel is opposite to Azad maidan which seems to be undergoing some renovations. The room service is too slow and the complimentary breakfast served was not so good. The elevator was also not working, when I stayed at this hotel. The good thing about this hotel is the lcoation of this hotel, all major tourist destinations in panjim city are located near by this hotel ... More

    The room rates are very high for the facilities offered by the hotel. There is no complimentary breakfast, no complimentary bottled water. No better room service. Receptionists are not responding properly. Only location is good.... More

Overview

This budget hotel overlooks the historic Azad Maidan area and is centrally located at Panjim. There are 37 rooms that offer the view of the surrounding area, comprising shopping complexes, boutiques, pharmacies, and banks. The multi-cuisine restaurant-cum-bar has an Old-World ambiance, where guests can relish a la-carte menu with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
