    The hotel name may deceive you as there are several similar good hotels in the city. It is laid back run on the mill hotel with shabby rooms and unclean bath rooms. The staff are very not hospitable at all! The restaurant service was good, the food was above average. The management seriously has to invest in renovating the bath rooms at least clean up the tiles. Don't feel like going back!... More

    a. Breakfast was the same during all the days of the week; b. mosquitos galore at the restaurant and food is kept open - risk of a health hazard; c. mosquitos at washroom - needs bit more of housekeeping and cleanliness. d. Menu not available in room..every time we have to call up the restaurant and enquire. e. wifi needs to be improved. f.Hardly any help at restaurant during morning al carte breakfast. need to operate toaster on your own....     Discrimination of language

    This is just ridiculous that the hotel does not have Hindi channels in their TV subscription. They are not bothered about their non tamilian clients. What is the point of being having good rooms and food when they being biased on language. They think only Tamil channels is enough for the room and want to save money. This act is highly unacceptable. And they don't even think on improving when complained.... More

    Not a Star category...But The service and Location compensate for all!..Rooms are bit old needs repairing work...Switches and Fittings are old fashioned still working perfectly!..The Excellent part here is they include Breakfast and dinner in the Room cost..And for that they are not reduced the quality...The best veg dishes are offered here...tasty and Nice...And Even if you pay for your food it doesn't cost much!..For Example we get Tasty Mutton Briyani for just 160 rupees only!..And i swear that this Briyani can beat the likes of Thalappakkatti and Aasife etc...Really loved the Food here..and so the cost of the food...Even if i'm not staying here i'll go for the Food here!!...... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
