    Don't Stay in This Hotel !!

    I have stayed in this Hotel recently and had a Bad experience with it. The Manager offered me a room for 1200/- INr but after bargaining he agree in less price but gave me the room on the Third Floor with no Lift Facliity. Then they didn't provide the basic amenities like Towel and Drinking Water Etc. Next Day morning when i Use the Washroom than i found that the Water Taps are broken and you can not even use them for Flush or to Wash Hands and When i complain about this to the staff they said that you have to check this before checking Inn. More on that when i complain this to the manager, he argued me that you have paid less money and a you are asking for everything and also not returned my balance payment and also try to beat me. After check out i got a call from the Owner of the hotel and he said i misbehave with his staff and asking me to return to his hotel and say sorry to him. So please be aware of this kind of hotels who cheat clients with their staff.... More

The hotel mgmt refused to provide the amenities which are shown in web such as Toiletries, Geyser, Tea preparation arrangement in room, AC was put on every time after several request, Free Breakfast, etc. The Bucket was provided after several requests that too in very dirty condition. The EWC was not cleaned/disinfected. These points were narrated to management before leaving. In fact I feel cheated by making advance payment to Hotel through Cleartrip. ... More

    The hotel was a nightmare. I checked out as soon as I could.The service was terrible. My daughter faced lot of trouble for checking in the morning. The Manager was most unhelpful.The less said about the toilet,the better. ... More

    It was terrible! All dirty and dust!! Shower was broken. manager and stuff are rough and lazy, and they called this rooms luxury!))) Food was very poor...wifi...what is wifi??? How it works at all? Why they dont closed?... More

    Hi guys. This hotel will charge you for holding your luggage pre check-in and post checkout. Further more there isn't a WiFi hotspot in the hotel, though you do get the neighbouring hotels WiFi network. 😜 The owner himself is very arrogant and you may find this place vacant mostly. rooms was modestly made with a non working geyser albeit. Rest the peace and quite for this price was good. If you plan a single night stay over its cool but don't expect more than that.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
