    There was actually nothing good about this hotel and the problems started right from the beginning. There were problems with the reservation, they asked for more money even we had paid everything in advance. The rooms were really uncomfortable and the bathroom was a joke: different kinds of bugs and insects running around, no hot water and the you couldn't actually take a shower even using the cold water since the water barely came out from the tap. Instead of toilet paper there was a bucket filled up with water, which is common in India but something I would not expect in a three-star-hotel. Very close to the hotel there was a huge slum....     Quite a shame for the amount of money they ask

    We spent one night in this hotel during a stopover in Mumbai in november 2008. Although it is situated in a small piece of silent nature, not too far from the airport, this is the only quality that I can mention, unfortunately.The state of the room (not renovated) and bathroom was really terrible, compared to the amount of money they charged us, And what we had expected for that price. We could hardly sleep all night because of the poor quality of the matrasses and the noise of the airco. Not what you wish after a long intercontinental flight!... More

    I went to hotel in the month of April with my fience and it was really good hotel. It is in the city but it looks like far from cilty. There is peaceful climate. Very big area in mumbai. Those like loneliness and nature, for them it is best hotel. Good cottages, little old but good.... More

    The Hotel is in the lap of nature, slight up hill away from city crowd in a calm and cool place. The CST is bit far from the hotel, it took nearly 1:30 hr to reach there via bus, a closely located bus terminus for reaching heart of the city. The peoples there are wonderful, especially the driver of the blue omni van. One drawback is, cost of food is high and only junk meal/ fast foods are available. Over all it was a nice staying experience, and is affordable for ones budget and value for money if booked through CLEARTRIP. N.B. The rooms should contain curtains at windows...... More

    Scenic location- but bad for foodie

    The hotel is in a nice scenic location (Vihar Lake, Mumbai) and really spacious. Surprised to see such place in space starved Mumbai. Its a bit far from nearest train station. Service was average. The food was really costly and not great. I would recommend this if you are couple , or large group and don't mind being far from Mumbai "Downtown". Suggest that you have food outside.... More

Hotel Paradise is an ideal refuge away from the noisy hustle bustle of the city the hotel is located in the serene locality of Vihar lake. The hotel has 22 cottage rooms fully furnished to meet the needs of any traveler. The hotel is easily accessible from the Airport and is also at a comfortable distance from all the other important places in the city.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 01 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
