    We stayed here for 2 nights and the only good thing about this hotel is, its location. No need to worry about shopping, food or transport. Coming to hotel, service is bad. When we entered the hotel there was no one to carry our luggage till the room. Interestingly though, while checking out, when we came to reception with luggage 2-3 people came to help us with luggage till the cab. Breakfast was okay but the plates and other utensils used are very filthy. You will find lot of dirt while cleaning it with tissue paper. The jug placed for drinking water is very dirty and you don't feel like drinking water from it. I wont recommend this hotel.... More

    I took this hotel looking at the ratings it had got but this proved to be a beyond budget hotel. Here are some pro and cons to give you a better idea of when to select this hotel; Pros: 1. The location is great, it is right in middle of the market so shopping, food, all is extremely near 2. Hotel staff is helpful Cons: 1. The rooms need a revamp surely. All of the fittings are rusted. We stayed in the Executive room and the shower and bathroom tap was so dirty that I decided to skip bath 2. Rooms have ac, tv and mini fridge. But the rooms are very raw, no maintenance done whatsoever. It felt more like a B&B with AC and tv rather than hotel. 3. Breakfast, they serve variety of items but the utensils, plates, kettles, toaster, everything is filthy and needs replacement. Looking at the dirty jug and its cover, I couldn't even think of drinking it. If they renovate the hotel and change the fittings, items (utensils), they can be a good place but in its current state I wouldn't recommend it.... More

    Rooms are average and not that great. Food is okay. The AC remote was not working and the staff says since AC is running don't bother with the remote. For short stays this is fine but not recommend for more than 1 night stay... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
