    0 star I had checked in hotel pankh inn, udaipur on 10th November 2018. The specified hotel has been rated 4.2/5 on goibibo website and this is been very much highlighted on web as well as in the hotel also. Seeing the ratings we thought the hotel might be well to stay. But to our experience it was the worst stay of my life. I would like to bring it to your knowledge that how disgusting is the hotel you are promoting on your website with 4.2 star rating. 1. When we checked the rooms before check-in bedsheets and pillow covers we're in a mess, they told us it will be changed. Later that night when we returned to hotel the upholstery weren't changed and when we asked the management why it weren't changed they told us they had changed it already, but after some argumemt they agreed that they haven't changed that and changed it again. 2. Bathrooms are non ventilated and basins tap not working. 3. Room intercom not working. 4. In middle of night I felt something crawling on bed on my hand, to my surprise in was a rat. I have my baby sleeping on that bed. I informed the manager and to that they were asking us that how can a rat get in the room. After an hour of struggle we threw out the rat. Then after an hour or so we found rat babies crawling inside the room (attached image). We didn't slept the whole night. 3. During checkout we argued with manager for a refund, again to my surprise I got a reply that rat can come from anywhere like it can come to your house too, so rat can be in any hotel room. Please do not promote these kind of hotels and rather take action against them.... More
