    We went to this hotel in a group of 5 people in the month of August 2017 and regret on my decision of going in this hotel. AC Was not working properly in Room.After conveying to staff member, he said -- " Ma'am ye chal rha h bus display ni ho rha.Thodi der me apne aap room thanda ho jyga. " and Room agle din checkout tak b thanda ni hua. Tea and coffee, both were cold.we have ordered tea and coffee, 2 times. Both time i got cold tea and coffee. When i complaint this, to person on reception, he said " Ma'am banai to abi thi room tak jane me thandi ho gai hogi " This is way they treat guests. Tea Kettle lid was also missing. I had called on reception to convey that we will be laving hotel after 1 hour, please prepare bill as we are in hurry. But bill was not prepared and we had to wait for another 15-20 min on reception to get bill. The parking is not provided by hotel. You can just park your car outside hotel.i have booked two rooms and both rooms have a door connecting to each other. Rooms were stinky. Very bad hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
