Smell urine, cockroach, bedsheets dirty. We stayed there with our child and really really regret it, you have to pay in advance so we couldn’t change hotel after paying them. The worst experience in India even worst than the hotels close to Delhi airport

We were on a three city tour - Jodhpur, Udaipur and Jaipur. Oyo Flagship 15357 Hotel Palms Jaipur managed to ruin our vacation. Firstly the hotel gave us a late checkin on day one, even after reporting at the hotel at around 15:30. Then they gave us unfit rooms. I managed to see other rooms when Housekeeping was cleaning and realised that those were much better than what we got. Why did we get those rooms even after booking in advance? Then they send plumber to fix the water problem. The bathroom fittings are old. Water leaks from all sides of the tap. Water gets logged in the bathroom and there can be a health and safety issue if someone slips. Then we have to ask for towels and drinking water. Isn't this basic? From midnight till early morning one of the staff, who manages the hot water boiler keeps moving some or the other stuff making sounds on the terrace, right above my room. In the morning they give us unhealthy breakfast. Saw many guests dumping their plates full of food into the trash tray. Sad. The elevator stops working and because they gave us rooms on the 3rd floor, my aged parents had to take the stairs. On the day of checkout, we leave at 6am in the morning without breakfast.

So I understand that you get what you pay for, but for Rs.1500 per night hot water in the shower is expected.
The staff were helpful with the Wi-Fi and changing the bedsheets which were originally a bit dirty.
However I will not stay here again

I have stayed in OYO 10345 Hotel Palms, its Location is only good factor with this, else everything is bad experince, in room matress is too old its springs are prickling , in bathroom shower is not working, AC is also not working.
Overall very bad experience.

This issue was happen due to relationships of this hotel and one of the most famous booking website, not client.
I had made reservations via this famous website and received confirmation email and booking number and reservation slip correctly.
Email and slip are mentioning direct payment thus I went this hotel with them at almost midnight.
But they had said contract is not made by this hotel and website.
Since I was suggested directly payment.
Actually, I couldn’t make sure for this situation because charged expensive than booked.
But Rs700 suggested direct payment was acceptable one and I accepted direct payment but one of man whom he seems manager called to hotel and demanded resolved matter which is “this site was not related to us.”
I understood about it and explained “ I can pay directly. “ many many times.
We discussed about unengaged matter but they demanded only making cancellation and remake reservation via their website for expensive fee.
I wanted to ask this issue to the booking site on other day and this suggestion seems not main topic because fee they suggested was changed to 700 to 900 and finally 1000.
I asked this upping but they said impossible other than 1000 otherwise you have to go other hotel we recommend on foot . It will be taken 10 min.
It was already 24 o’clock.
I wanted take a rest early thus paid 1000 in advance.
Finally the room provided was not available bathroom lighting and hot shower but I didn’t want to talk about room issue with them any more.
If you will be faced something trouble, this hotel will do unfriendly behavior.
